Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this location again. I ordered online for my kids at 5:35; they called me at 7:30 to tell me that they still didn't have any pizzas. I checked my email and the status of my order, and it said the order was pending approval by a manager. So I called the store to ask about the order. The person who answered said they hadn't ever heard of having to approve an order. Then she said she didn't have my order. Then she asked my name and said she did have my order, but they hadn't started it because they didn't know about it. Then she said they would start it and get it delivered, and she apologized. And I said that I wasn't mad, but that I thought maybe there should be some sort of comp. I worked in restaurants for years, and I am a more than reasonable customer. If my order is wrong but edible, I will eat it and not complain. If I get bad service, I still tip 18% because everyone has a bad day and servers are underpaid. Anyway, she said they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't their fault. It was the internet's fault. And I said, well, I would think the company would take ownership of an error like this. I mean, the internet doesn't strategically sabotage websites and businesses. And she said, no, I'm sorry, it's not our fault. I asked if it was a franchise, and if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager - not of that location - but A manager there helping out. I said it just doesn't seem like good customer service to get an order, send a confirmation email with a 6:47 delivery time, and then not start the order until after 7:45 - AND THEN act like it's the internet's fault. She still said, nope, I'm sorry, we can't do anything. And at that point I said okay just cancel it and I'll never order from this location again. And she said, okay, I'm happy to do that. And that was that. This is a real bummer because I love Marco's Pizza, but I won't be able to order from this store and maybe even any store owned by the same franchise owner. I went into the store the other day to order a pizza, stood there for maybe 5-7 minutes before someone finally came up to the register and took my order. Already off to a bad start, there is a customer sitting down next to me who says he has been waiting about 20 minutes for his pizza when he ordered it online over 45 minutes ago. Then two other customers walk in the door and stand there for another 5-7 minutes each before someone comes up and takes them and multiple times the employees ignored them walked up and took the phone orders instead. They were just as angry as everyone else. I ran into my friend who was with doordash and said they gave his order to another dasher so he had to wait for around 20 minutes for his doordash order. They told me my cheese pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later i finally get my pizza and come to find that it was hard and cold. Overall this restaurant is aweful, the employees clearly are not trained, they are all blasting loud music, and making customers angry left and right. Not to mention when I walked in one of the employees who i thought was talking to me when i responded rudely told me " I'm not talking to you" and started talking to another customer then walked back into the kitchen. Read moreI've stopped going to this location due to multiple issues with customer service and quality of pizza from this one. Out of 10 orders over the course of about a year and a half, 7 had something wrong. Twice, and this was really frustrating, I ordered a pizza with 2 or 3 toppings (Ex Pepperoni and Anchovies and Peppers). They delivered the pizza with only Pepperoni and Peppers. They had not called to ask if it was ok or if I wanted a substitute, and even more surprisingly they had not even removed the topping from the charges! I had to call before even a refund was offered. They've forgotten simple things like sauce sides (which were paid for) multiple times as well.
I called another location about a week ago and asked for a delivery, trying to get around these guys. They informed me I was outside their delivery due to this location. I requested them to check and see if it was at all possible and a manager got on the phone. He checked the map and said "Oh THAT location, I'm sorry about that.
