This place does not even deserve one star. Save your money or go the distance to the Spout Springs location. Our food sat on a shelf at least 10 minutes for a CURBSIDE DELIVERY when we were outside waiting. We waited and waited. Finally an employee comes out to tell us to pull through the drive thru, even though I had specified our information in the curbside pick up info box. We were shorted toppings that we paid for. Everything was overcooked and disgusting. The pizza and wings were both super dark. The cheese bread was like rubber. We called as soon as we got home to see what they wanted to do, but we were told the manager (Chris) was out. I was told he would call me back, then i was told he would be there after 8 the next day, the same thing the day after that, and the day after that. I called every day, for 6 days, before finally reaching the manager/owner. He basically called me a liar and refused to replace the order. His understanding of the english language was terrible, so he just kept blaming me since I didnt get it delivered. What? Exactly. Then he said I was taking a bad experience from another location and taking it out on him. Clearly, he didnt listen to what I said or he just didnt understand...or care. Read moreTerrible customer service! Gave the wrong coupon to the delivery man when he dropped off the pizza. Hours later I get a call from Marcos pizza from a lady who spoke VERY poor English saying " you said you had a coupon for $10 off and you didn't" looking back at the 2 coupons by the door, I realized I gave her the wrong one. Not really sure what to do in this situation, I apologized, and she, very rude said " well i'm not going to send someone all the way back there to get it. ( insinuating she wanted me to come and bring it to her ) when I very quickly shot that idea down, she got even more rude and said " fine I will just put a note on your account" then hung up on me. Next day rolls around, and I receive TWO CALLS FROM HER?! I couldn't believe it! I left a customer complaint with who I THOUGHT was corporate, but not more than 2 hours after leaving the complaint she calls me, leaves a voicemail saying " you made a complaint and I was not rude to you I just wanted to talk about this coupon." ( again very poor English can hardly even make out the voicemail.) This is to the point where it's not even comical anymore. I issued a complaint and the person I complained about calls me? Read moreI recently had the worst experience at Marcos pizza in Dacula . I ordered a pizza and when it arrived delivered to my house, it was extremely overcooked - the crust was dark brown and i asked for light crust when ordering . I drove back to the pizza place to request a refund, only to be met with rude and dismissive customer service.
The lady at the counter, who claimed to be the manager, argued with me and refused to give me my money back. She insisted that the pizza was prepared correctly and refused to acknowledge the fact that it was clearly burnt. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I will never be returning to this pizza place again. The manager's terrible attitude and only option was to make the pizza over again but still refused to offer refund on an untouched uneaten pizza. I am huge on getting great customer service where i spend my money.
