McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I had gone there for an interview and after the interview, not for McDonald's, and so I ordered a biscuit and a hash brown. Now the hash brown as I was on my way back home, was incredibly salty! I wanted to put some ketchup on them once I got home , but after I had tasted it on the way home I was like, I might as well go ahead and eat this . Because it's not going to be good with ketchup is going to be way too salty! The biscuit became very stiff as if they had tried to keep it warm and so by the time I got home it was too stiff and hard to eat! So I stuck it in the microwave for a few minutes and put some butter on it and that didn't even really help it! They kill me putting up signs talking about nutritious foods and healthier foods but I'm like what the heck are y'all making out of these darn biscuits! It's enough to make a baby choke! I mean you have to eat it fast after you heat it up just so that you can chew it!

I heard the manager telling the cook's back there what are you guys doing? We got people standing back here waiting for more than 10 minutes! Yeah she was right some of those guys back there, straight out of high school or in high school and they were just kind of laying around like they don't want to be there. I mean who can blame them I mean my thing is do what you got to do to make your money even if it's not much, okay. But don't lose your job. Whether this is your first, second, or third job do the best you can even though you may not like it, because I've been there, but don't do things to make yourself look bad because you're not in a closed space and people see you! And don't take it out on the customer because then people who enjoy coming there welcome back! Just like the one on Wesley Chapel people talk bad about it all the time. UPDATE - THIS LOCATION HAS A SERIOUS MANAGEMENT PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVES. THE STAFF IS OUT OF CONTROL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT LAZY. WHO TRAINED THESE PEOPLE TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/FOOD SERVICE. IF THIS IS WHAT YOU CALLED TRAINED, YOU NEED TO EVALUATE YOUR PROTOCOLS. THE SHIFT MANAGERS ARE JUST AS GUILTY AS THE CREW. THE WHOLE LOT NEEDS TO FIRED AND YALL NEED TO COME BACK WITH SOME PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK IN FOOD SERVICE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST STANDING IN WAITING ON THEIR CHECKS.

This location consistently has operational issues and distracted ataff. On this visit, I ordered a sweet tea with extra ice in drive through only to be told at window 1) you had the strawberry shake with apple pie. ....No sweet tea extra ice 2) I'm sorry we running low on sweet tea can I get you something else. No...that's the only thing I order from McDonald's.

UPDATE: I VISITED THIS LOCATION TWO DAYS LATER TO ORDER A LARGE SWEET TEA. PAID FOR IT AT FIRST WINDOW. WAITED FIVE MINUTES AT SECOND WINDOW WITH NO ONE AT THE WINDOW. BLEW HORN AND WORKER PROCEED TO GIVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. I CORRECTED THEM AND WATCH HER PUMP SOMETHING IN MY CUP BEFORE ADDING TES. WHEN ASKED WHAT IT WAS..SHE SAID LIQUID SUGAR BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT.....ABSOLUTELYTHE WORSE MCDONALDS IN THE AREA AND THAT'S SAYING A LOT. NEVER WILL I GOT HERE...

I've come to not expect good customer service from McDonald's and that is sad! I work 2 hours from my house (Marta time). I needed to break a $10 so I decided to grab a light snack to hold me over until I get off work in the morning. Well I walk in and was ignored. One of the crew members was trying to tell her she had someone at the counter but she chose to continue to play and engage her coworkers. She took my order (hamburger, apple pie and a sweet tea). Well there was no sweet tea on the floor and she knew this. Instead of just bringing out the sweet tea she mouths off with her coworkers. I had to ask another employee to get my tea for me! This type of service makes me keep my money in my pocket! At least my burger was warm ...can't even say it was hot!

1/24/18 Decided to give this McDonalds another shot since there is nothing open that i can walk to (Just got my bus, finally heading home). It is 11:35. I walk into the McDonalds. Im told they are closed. I leave. Guy locks the doors behind me. Something told me to turn around and check the sign. They close the dining room at 12 midnight. I didn't want to sit down and eat. I simply wanted to grab something quick to avoid having to walk home after working all day and cook. No problem. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PATRONIZE THIS...
