This McDonald's rarely gets an order right and they are slooooow considering it is supposed to be fast food. I blame this squarely on piss poor management. Today I ordered food and was told to pay at the 1st window, but when I arrived at the 1st window, noone was there and I waited. After no one showed up I moved to the second window. The young man was about to give me a drink when I told him I had not paid yet. I gave him my card and he walked away to the back and then someone came with what I thought was my food. I reached into the bag and it was not the correct order. Now I have worked in food service and once the food has gone out the window or to the incorrect table you do not take the food back for sanitary reasons. So I told them what they gave me was incorrect and I'd like to get my order. They asked for the food back which I can only assume that they would give to someone else. (I said "you want this food back even though I have touched it? No.) They insisted I give the food back because it has to be "counted as waste". Long story short, we asked for a refund and she refused to give me a refund unless I returned the food. So I opened every burger and squashed them to ensure that it was waste and not given to some unsuspecting customer, then returned the food at which point the manager SNATCHED my debit card from my hand walked away to the back to give me a refund. I then asked two employees what her name was at which they both replied that they did not know her name. So either these two kids lied or the manager is doing a terrible job at creating a working environment for employees to even know her name. I tend to think they were lying which means that she is setting a poor example as a manager. When she returned she told me her name was Tiffany Brown and her DM was Queen Barrow. I do intend to reach out to both the DM and McDonalds Corporate. 2 Weeks ago I was at the same McD's and I ordered an ice coffee and the young lady asked if I wanted my ICED coffee hot or cold. They then took 20 minutes to complete my boyfriends order. There is no reason for a McDonalds to have such poor customer service. The staff is slow, unfriendly and...

Honestly I'm not sure how people in this area even tolerate this location? As me and my cousins walked in, there were obviously disorganized. After a few minutes in line a lady took our order with a rude haughty grimace, didn't bother to repeat most of our orders, and didn't even bother giving us two of our receipts. She didn't even have a name tag so there was unfortunately no way of reporting her. Also the store started getting busy and the line had around 6-8 people in line? And she disappeared for about 5-7 minutes and no one took orders for quite a while, as in turn the line kept growing and no one was served. There was a lady bagging both drive thru and front counter, obviously prioritizing drive thru but also neglecting most of front counter's orders. It took us over 10 minutes to receive all orders and the lady had an attitude when serving food and confirming our orders. Also the rude young lady at the register incorrectly entered my beverage as a coffee when I clearly asked for a peppermint mocha, so upon telling the lady serving the food she barely acknowledged me and set to work setting up the coffee but due to all the other tasks she was completing didn't give me my coffee until we had waited another 3 minutes upon receiving our actual food orders. I can only imagine how much longer the people behind me waited until they actually got their food as well? Maybe 10-15 minutes even more.
The food was fine and what you come to consistently expect from McDonald's, but the service was just so horrible the food itself can't raise my low rating.
Also my peppermint mocha was not properly mixed, so the top half of it was absolutely horrendous with no flavor or syrup, and the bottom was a bunch of syrup / chocolate goo that was undrinkable, making for a horrible drink that I didn't even finish.
Overall, this was a pretty bad location. There is absolutely no excuse for the horrible customer service and long wait times- we will definitely not be patronizing this...
Read moreI had eye surgery a week ago so right now I cannot drive so I am at the mercy of my family and neighbors to go to my necessary appointments. Yesterday, 8/23/2025, around 5 pm after my neighbor took me to an important appointment his wife asked him to bring her some Mc Donalds. I quickly tried to think of what I could order that this Mc Donalds could get right. Normally, I only order Chicken Nuggets from this restaurant because I am not willing to gamble with the quality of the food. I think that this restaurant forgets that they have neighbors too and I am one of them. Just like I know the neighbors on my block I also know the business neighbors as well !!! So I decided that my safest bet was to order " A Filet Fish Plain". That way when I got home,I could heat it up ( cause it is going to be cold ) and I could use my own tartar sauce and cheese , right ? They even got that wrong ! This is the old sandwich they gave me ...... tartar sauce slapped on there any kind of way and the cheese was so old it was stuck to the bread and brown. I tried to call the store and of course the recording came on and told me no one was available. I wanted to talk to the store but I could. I would have gone back but due to my eye surgery I can't. This is my only recourse. So I threw my money into the trash ! I work hard for my money and I don't have it to throw it away. Two pieces of bread and a piece of fish........ I mean McDonalds has a fool proof system if they would just work it. So I am done, I won't be back.
Update: This McDonalds customer service person reached out to me and offered me a refund ( take receipt to store but again I had eye surgery and can't go) The second option was to get a coupon for a meal which they will mail to me. I will most likely give it as a prize to one of my students at school once I am released back to work. At...
