I had the absolute worst experience at the Moe's in Lilburn tonight (06/14/25). I sent my kids in to order four meals, two of which was Moe Meat Moe's. They came out with chicken instead of steak at the same price we normally received for the steak total. So I went in to see if I can be refunded the difference and the young guy there say he can't do refunds that the old lady there (I assume she is the manager) will have to. So I waited and when I told her what happened before I could even say the difference in "refund the difference" she SNAPPED! She said, "you want me to refund you money for all of this food and I am closing." I told her no, I don't want to pay for steak when I received chicken. I just wanted the difference owed to me. I don't work there so I don't know how the register works! She proceeded to tell me, "I will refund the ticket, and recharge you the entire amount at the lesser price." I told her no, I don't want multiple charges on my account, can't you just do cash for the difference. She said no I can't refund cash. I said ok. So I agreed. As she is typing up the order again, I asked her, are you sure this will be refunded right away and she said yes, immediately. So then she said "see, I rung you up again and the order will be the same price because Moe Meat Moe means more meat." I said are you saying that steak and chicken are the same price at Moe's because I don't remember paying the same price in the past? She said "no I'm saying you're paying for more meat." I said but I'm not paying for more steak, you only gave me chicken. So I will just get the refund. She started screaming that I am "wasting her food and she was about to close and that I should not send children inside to make a purchase" (teenagers btw) basically calling me a bad mom. I told her look, I'm not trying to cause trouble, I just don't want to pay for SOMETHING I DID NOT RECEIVE! Did you explain to them that they would be charged the same price when you offered the chicken. NO! She repeated "you are wasting my time and my food and its closing time" at the top of her lungs. At this point I'm like, just give me the refund. She said she did...(And I still don't see this "immediate" refund in my account) "after I have wasted her time". I told her I'm leaving, you have a good evening and she screamed "YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT". So I'm walking away and I don't know what she said but I know it was ugly, so I turned around to ask her what did she say and she started screaming again AND pointing in my face!! So I pointed and said get your finger out of my face and she said "you have your finger in my face". At this point it is a circus. This lady is so rude and unprofessional in this store that I still can't believe it. She started screaming that my "kids should have looked at the menu." I said ok, went to the menu, and there was no MOE MEAT MOE's on there. I turned to the young guy and said, sir please show me where the price is and he said "Its not up there." She looked at him crazy and I turned to her and said how would kids know the price difference of something that is not on the menu and that you did not tell them that there was a price difference for it and THEY DON'T WORK HERE! I will NEVER EVER come to this gross (metaphorically and literally) location again. The convenience is not worth the disrespect. She needs to be fired ASAP!! No one should be eating food that comes from someone that behaves so ugly. I gave the food back to her, but I am still WAITING on this...
Read moreWow wow wow!!! is all I can say my below review was left about a week ago after many surveys and requests to get a call from management and today I finally get a call from the store OWNER SAM. I thought great as I've been wanting to get my feedback to the owner so things can be done to fix it. He started as if he was sorry but then began to talk to me in a very condescending way telling me how I need to handle things at the store level and not write reviews. I told him I have tried several times and since I wasn't just doing whatever he said (He only wanted my review down!) He began to tell me to take my business elsewhere! If you're anything like me and pride yourself on customer service.. not even that but doing right by people you would go the extra mile to the Scenic Hwy location in Snellville.
Original review: I go to this Moes at least 3x a week since its close to my house and my husband and I are vegetarian. They have the worst customer service ever!!! The staff(well Marisa) makes up their own rules and blames it on the owner. They are always short staffed and the staff always blames the poor service, poor quality of food, and dirty dining area on that. The main rude person who sad to say I believe is shift leader is Marisa(with the piercings that's always sweating over the food). She sets the tone for the work ethic and attitude of the other employees. She is very rude and always gives me a hard time... today I heard her calling me a fking bi. How unprofessional even for fast food., she thinks she can treat people how ever she likes like she owns the store. just look at the other reviews, they all say bad customer service. The only one who seems to care and is always cleaning is the 1 with the glasses. Another young lady dropped the marker used for marking food in the rice without the top and picked it out and continued to use the rice. This store is a hot mess and needs some new management and staff. The manager doesn't care and according to the staff the owner is anonymous and unavailable....

When I went to the cashier to pay for my food I will lies that Bill was extremely high and I didn’t understand so I looked at the receipt in my name saying that the price was over I was overpaid because of extra chicken that was on my receipt So I explain to the cashier and that I didn’t order extra chicken in to see why The cashier went to the lady that made my bowl and explain to her that I said that I was charge for extra chicken lady came to me and you did Ask for order extra chicken I said come to the service all the time and understand how it works so then the manager coming in conversation and she instantly believes her employee instant of believing me the customer they both atelling me that order extra chicken and I knowing that I didn’t order extra chicken and I explain to the lady that made my bowl but she know I didn’t ask for it or order because he had to put two scoops and all she put was one I watched her do it... they kept trying not to give me a refund but once I said I would call corporate right in front of her ... she gave me my refund the point of the story especially is how this particular place has horrible customer service as a customer you should never be treated like this and I will never go t to go to Moes you..Do you want to be treated fairly I said I was disrespected The employee lie on me I feel horrible as it as a customer and would never going to the moes ever again...The customer is always right and the manager and her employees should have not made me feel the way...
