I haven’t eaten at this location in about three years. When I did both the food and the service was excellent.
This time not so much.
The service was good. The young lady at the drive through was courteous.
The food is another story. I ordered a two piece, with two breasts, string beans, and the funnel cake fries. I tried them a few weeks back at the Riverdale location and they were on point and so is that particular location but I digress.
I had to wait about ten minutes on the fries. I didn’t mind that so much because I was headed into town to see my daughter and she wanted one breast and the funnel fries.
THEY WERE HORRIBLE! They must have used the wrong grease because they were more like buffalo with powdered sugar. I didn’t know this until I was halfway to downtown because they were piping hot and I knew my daughter was ready for them.
At first I thought it was me and they were just still too hot to eat but then my tongue and throat was on fire and I was too far gone to turn around. Of course no one answered the phone so that was a waste.
The chicken had hair of the human variety on both pieces.
I didn’t get a straw for my drink nor napkins with the order.
I will never go back to this location.
If you go, check your food thoroughly before driving away.

Read moreThis had to be one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered an it came from A manager at the store so I placed a online order at this location I reach the intercom because it was pouring an I had my child in the car I sat there for approximately 10mins saying hello I got no answer so figured it wasn’t working so I decided to pull up to the window for assistance no one was there so I continued to wait the manger comes to the window and says our system is down with the nastiest attitude I told the he/she I had a online order I paid for it plus it says my order is ready he ask my name an says I don’t see it in the system with a nasty attitude again like I’m bothering him so I said what am I supposed to do it’s paid for he says I can’t help you don’t know what to tell you an slams the window in my face and walks off… i don’t understand how this man is a manger kfc is doing a horrible job with there hiring process this behavior is disgusting so I went ahead to go inside to ask this he/she for his name he tells me he not telling me his name long story short the service here is terrible management is terrible but it’s okay because I have reported this thing to corporate an I will continue to report it to corporate...
Read moreI just left 30 minutes ago, the drive thru was down, so we had to come on the inside. Ok, that’s fine! We got in the inside all of the employees were very rude! The cashier was new, trying to ask the manager, and two other employees for help with orders. They did nothing but laugh at her, in front of guest. She was confused, and kept asking the same questions. She was taking an order, and the manager read the screen and yelled at her, didn’t I tell you we don’t have white meat in crispy. It’s a time and a place for everything, and that wasn’t it. Course correct correctly, and privately. All of the guest in the lobby was astonished and disappointed by the lack of disappointment. This was my first time going in, because typically we go through the drive thru… but that would be my last time. An employee went from changing trash, straight to making mash potatoes. The employee who also was changing trash, said they need to go to Burger King so they can get it their way. At that point, I was done. I was going to ask for a refund, but my order was ready. Never again, will I return to that KFC lack of professionalism, common courtesy, and just manners. Starting with the manager....
