Wings Club — Restaurant in Morrow

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD UP HERE (no matter what kind of card it is). Usually the girl with the locks is there and unfortunately she was not on this day. I went to this spot on Mt. Zion on 7/22 and used my Cashapp card to place my order. There were 2 Mexican girls at the register. One was on the phone when I walked in so the other girl stated she would help since there was a 2nd cash register in the front. Since I did not know what I wanted to order I proceeded to look at the menu and the other girl who was on the phone was no longer on the phone so she all of a sudden wanted to take my order. On 7/23 at 2:06 and 2:08 am someone tried using my Cashapp card - one purchase was for $73.68 for big lots online and the other was for $10 to purchase hot sauce. The reason why I know it was this chic who was on the phone is because she rung my order and this has never happened when the girl with the locks is there and this was the only place I used my card at on 7/22. After I got the notifications from Cashapp that the transactions were cancelled I immediately took my funds off my Cashapp card that morning of 7/23 after I saw what occurred. Well thank goodness I did because on 7/23 at 6:46 pm this same dumb chic tried to use my card again at gap online to purchase $8.63 worth of items. I found the number and gap blocked the card and due to me taking the monies off my Cashapp the card declined. Like how can someone be dumb enough to think I’d leave my money on my card idk but they got played like the idiot they are. I tried calling wing nuts to speak with a manager and it was a young girl who answered stating a lie that she was the manager. I’m putting this out here as I will never go here again but if you do please always use cash....

Just came from this place about an hour ago. This place is definitely underrated for no good reason. People need to stop playing! Those small wings are just perfect. This restaurant deserves a 5 star rating! I ate my wings before I even left the restaurant 😌🙊 but the food was beyond delicious and amazing and. Those were the only best wings I've had here in Georgia and I've been here for almost three years now. This is a top must go to wing spot. The owner even gave us free iced coffee ( which was by far the best iced coffee I had in Georgia. He gave us some type of tea that is good for digestion, it tasted just like a jolly rancher. He added two different kinds of wings aside from what we ordered. One flavor was a spicy (I think it was from South Korea, that's where he is from.) The other flavor was Honey garlic. My husband interviewed him because why not? Most coffee here in Georgia is weak on the coffee but heavy on the milk and ice. But this place was on point. We had coffee and it was strong. My experience is from the the viewpoint of the type of customer service I recieved after my visit to this estalishment. I recieved a incorrect order and I returned to the restaurant to find that it had closed. Since I do not live in the area and I am attending college classes once a week I returned the following week to state my grievance. I was told that I neede to take it up with a manager and sent on my way; not to be deterred I called the restaurant and ask to speak with a manager and the manager replied to me that I need to bring in the food I ordered; I told her the time frame that we are working with and she stsated that I should have held on to the order for those two weeks in oder for them to remedy any problems. The customer service at this place in my opinion lacks training on customer service, communication, and resolving issues. I will not visit this establishment again or recommend this place to anyone who...
