D&K Suit City — Local services in Morrow

I wouldddd NEVER EVERRRR have anything altered at this store I bought a suit 1 1/2 week ago for to be ready .Yesterday I came to pick up my husband suit he tried it on and the hem and the length of the pants was STILL off which is fine because nobody is perfect.So we raang the bell once no answer we rang the bell again for the guy(tall dark-skinned that wears the hat) who altered his suit so we can see how to fix the pants because it was not professional done.As im explaining my concern he is just standing there with no response he didnt have no response RUDEEEEEE second he said well if you want me to fix it you have to PAY 50 USD mind you already paid 20 to have it cut down in the first place he said its 30 for the tapered look and 20 to hem it back since he have to take it all down I FELT LIKE I HAVE BEEN PLAYED because when was there the FIRST TIME he said nothing about extra money he acted like he cared he was so rude when it was time to pick it up but so kind when he was taking my money. The money is not the problem at all but you dont deserve it...BY THE TIME I WAS DONE EXPLAINING MYSELF HE WALKEEEDDDD AWAY AND SAID RING THE BELL WHEN YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO LIKE WHO DOES THAT .EVERYONE ELSE IS SO PLEASING THERE BUT THAT GUY IN THE ALTERATION I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE TILL THE DAY I DIE so he wont waste nobody else time.btw i was able to take my suit down the street and give someone who have great LISTENING EARS and Very detailed and very comforting.I will be calling corporate.

We had the help of Ms. Schenita while there and she was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful with finding outfits for my husband. We were all over the store, going back and forth between the floor and dressing room, and there for a little over an hour but she never left our side. She answered our questions and even made suggestions that were helpful when trying to choose and match items. We were also shopping with our 3 year old and she was so sweet to him. He also took a liking to her which says alot for the kind of person she is because he does not take to new people as quickly as he did with her. She was so personable, patient, and easy to talk to. I visited the MT. Zion store last night to purchase a suit for my son's prom and was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted and welcomed in by sales Associate Anthony. He provided outstanding customer service to us. We were frustrated in trying to find a size 54L suit for my son. Anthony got to work showing us options and making recommendations. He was extremely patient and encouraged us that we would find my son an outfit. If not in the Morrow store we could try another location by checking with the cashier. Anthony was able assist us in finding an Amazing looking suit, shirt and shoes for the prom. We left happy and pleased with our purchase.
