Mistakes happen from time to time right? At this Panera location, mistakes happen on the DAILY. Let me start off by saying I am a regular. I stop by at this Panera a few times a week because like most people out there, we all agree they have decent food plus it’s close to my college campus. But this location is starting to give me a bad taste of the company. Every time I order the SAME salad with no meat and the cashier rings it up and hands me a receipt, everything is correct. Great... but every time I go and pick up my order guess what I see? A whole bunch of chicken and bacon all over my salad. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how they cannot pay attention to SIMPLE instructions Every. Single. Time. Guess what guys, I just want my order right the first time, that’s all. I don’t want any more of your pastries because of your own negligence and failure to maintain accuracy. So many issues here starting with customer service, being poorly staffed, always having the longest lines, and not to mention they could use some regular cleaning maybe? Sometimes I think Mcdonalds has better Customer Service than these guys and for the price of their food that is reallyyy disappointing to admit. I do give credit to the few workers who are very sweet though, wish I could remember their names and I will be sure to thank them in person for always working hard and remaining diligent because I get it, working in fast food can be hard. With that being said, there’s no more room for excuses on getting the same...
Read moreHORRIBLE AND NASTY! If I could give this place 0 stars it wouldn’t even be good enough. I remember some years ago thinking this Panera was one of the best in Gwinnett. It’s trash now. The store looks old and filthy. The trash is overflowing. The red head manager has a nasty nasty attitude. She kept apologizing for having new staff, but in a very condescending way. It took 20 minutes to receive 3 hot chocolates that tasted horrible which we threw them away - I had to go and find the drinks without ever being notified they were ready. Everyone looks clueless in here, the staff communication is deplorable. The manager yelling at the new hires apparently, who had no clue what they were doing. They had DoorDash drivers late for their deliveries and yelling at them too with an attitude. No hair covers worn by most of the people handling food. I ordered a cup of soup that took 25 min. to get that I had to keep asking for. I got it without the side of bread, when I went to ask for it, the “cook” was about to hand it to me in my hand. Like what the heck is going on?!! I asked if he could put it in a bag and he threw it in with no care, no pride in his work. These places have been affected by COVID but dang, they’re just hiring any one to work at these places now. I can see it shutting down....
Read moreI don't normally review a place after just 1 visit but this was pretty bad. Waited 20 minutes in line to order (granted it was sunday brunch). After waiting 10 mins for the food we were told they ran out of something and could not complete our order. I had to pick something else and wait some more. When we sat down, all the empty tables were dirty. Try to eat, there's a hair sticking out one of the sandwiches. Take it back, again they cannot remake it cause they were still out of the same thing as before, which was supposed to be prepared in the meantime seeing how they use it a lot. We decided to wait for it seeing how we were waiting all around anyhow. The 2nd time the sandwich came with some clothing fiber on it... Wanted to grab something to drink at the end, again 20 mins wait. I asked for something in a bottle to which a very oblivious staffer asked "is this for here or to go"...?! I love Panera Bread and visit other locations all the time, but this one was terrible on all levels...long wait, food with undesired attachments, dirty dinning room, staff that seemd to not care at all about any of this...oh, with my 1st order I asked for a double espresso, it came out...
