I attempted to get my iced oat milk gingerbread chai tea latte on 1/25 (which i ordered the day before) and Jay told me they didn’t have oat milk and that they would have to go into the target store to take the oat milk off the shelf. I told her that I had time and that I would wait. She then goes into a room to the right close by and grabs oat milk. She over poured the milk, foamed it and attempted to keep the rest of the foam. I asked for a bigger cup and for all the foam to bet put in the bigger cup and she used weaponized incompetence to make it seem as though she didn’t understand. She also made the drink different than the lady the day before made it. I will not be returning here. I will drive to Swanee. And if Swanee & Lawrenceville keeps pretending that they can’t make that drink. I will be making...

I felt extremely unwell after drinking this coffee—nauseous and dizzy. This place really needs to be investigated. The barista who made my coffee didn’t put any label on it, and I saw that she mixed espresso and cold brew together, even though I only ordered a cold brew. The coffee tasted terrible—almost like it was from the day before. Just a few sips made me feel dizzy and sick. The air inside was also unpleasant. I’ve never been to such a disgusting place. I’m very disappointed, and this place seriously needs to be inspected—for both hygiene and staff behavior.
