Customer Service and Reward Redemption Treating Required for Mr. Jackson at this location. As a loyal and frequent customer to this Smoothie King, I had one of the worst experiences using a buy a 20oz smoothie and get one free from this location on 06/22/25. Jackson was the representative from Smoothies King and his customer service was horrible. I placed my order via window for a 20oz smoothie with Mr. Jackson and once I arrived at the payment window I sat there for at least 5 minutes before Jackson arrived to take my payment. While waiting to render payment I discovered via the Smoothie King app that I had a BOGO of a 20oz smoothie that was expiring today, so when Mr Jackson arrived to take my payment I explained to him that I was sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to use my BOGO reward today. Mr Jackson gave me the look of disbelief and he tried to explain to me that I couldn't use the reward unless I purchased another 20oz separate from what I just purchased due to closing the ticket out. I politely explained to Mr Jackson that I'm very aware of the reward program due to being a member for over 1 yr. I asked Mr Jackson for a member of management for clarity and he explained to me that he was the acting supervisor at the time. Mr Jackson eventually accepted the BOGO reward but not without dissatisfaction of customer service. I USED to visit this location on a daily but going forward I think I'll be exploring other options. The closing note of this trip is that once Mr Jackson arrived at the window with my order he handed me one smoothie and said have a great day, I paused and looked at him and asked where is my second smoothie. He paused for a moment and handed me the second smoothie. Just to think I was ready to render a $5 tip due to the inconvenience but it lead to this. Stay safe out there y'all on...

Iām a regular customer to this location and Iāve noticed the take-a-break smoothie I order has been tasting watered down and the only way to not have that taste is to order more strawberries. When I went in with a full smoothie after only one sip and cup still full and I asked if it could be remade the cashier argued with me and rolled her eyes. Once it was made I was given a sample to taste the new one which was fine to me. After hearing the manager take on the issue as juvenile as the cashier, I asked for her DM or GM information to which I was told it was online rudely. I will no longer give my money to an establishment that acts so poorly and basically says take it as is. I typically purchase smoothies 2-3 times a week and this was my first time refusing to accept something subpar. Even though our order was sitting right in front of them. Then the āmanagerā TYSON instead of fixing it right away begins to ask me if I was sure I had been chargedinc or if I had even ordered at all. He proceeds to shut the window on me because he doesnāt want to listen starts a refund process for the wrong charge and give me the refund receipt. Then instead of checking with employees to see what our order was he asks us it AGAIN when itās sitting right in front of him. I called to ask for an owner or supervisor and was told I just have to catch them when theyāre there and it wasnāt his fault I was charged wrong when heās supposed to be managing?
