Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgia

Went into the store and saw a bunch of workers doing nothing. We went on to order 2 combos and chicken bites.. Order my food and the girl taking the order was playing over the mic and laughing with the other employees in the back. There was no manager present anywhere. Their drink machine in the front was already "broken down to be cleaned" even though they had not closed yet so because of that the cashier gave us a pie for free (she must have been already aware of their poor service). We sat down for 15 minutes when we heard a girl asking why we were still in there and they realized we never got our food. That took another 15. We walked out of the door to realize we were missing our chicken bites and went to go get them. They never offered any condiments so I tried to run back inside to grab some ketchup and ranch but they had already locked the doors. I knocked on the window to get the girl that was sweeping attention but they all ignored me and laughed and I realized I was stuck to eat their dry a** chicken :( so I went back to my car and left. I THEN realized my CAJUN chicken biscuit was a REGULAR chicken biscuit!! This is the slowest and most ghetto restaurant/fast food place I have ever been to!!! The workers were unprofessional and didn't seem to care about anything! I will never come back to eat here and I will tell everyone I know and everyone I meet to never come here because it is a waste of your time and definitely a waste of...

It has been a few years since I have been to Bojangles's Famous Chicken. So today on June 17th 2019 I had a taste for the Dirty Rice that they sell an it WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TASTE AS ALWAYS. The Chicken Was Great!! 😊 The Biscuits Was Still The Best Out There. My only problem with stopping by today is that when I got there, there was no one at the register an I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I had to talk kinda loud to my family who was with me a few times to get someone's attention. The guy who finally came to take my order seem to talk low an fast an I didn't really know if he understood me about what I wanted to order. He didn't mess up on my order just to say, but I was just a bit worried if I would have everything that I ordered. After all I had already waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up an didn't want to have to wait any extra time. Anyway they all did great an seem just a bit friendly an that was ok. Cause we were hungry an the food was as great as it always has been. If the employees had been paying closer attention to the register I would've given them a 5*'s so a 5 was for the food minus 1 Star for them not paying attention to the customer. That's all I've got to say about this place. So if you're looking for a great place to eat, then this is the place for you. That's if you don't...

First time we ordered was after they opened. Screwed up our order and no one would pick up the phone when I called trying to fix it. Let it go because it is a new store.

Second time we ordered. Missing items again and had to drive back up there.

Third time... Tonight.... Missing items again and the phone still rings and no one picks up. My mother had to stop on her way home to pick up the missing item AND she has to Communicate to them with me on the phone so I can explain our situation.

Something wrong? Don't try calling because either they don't want to answer the phone or their phone doesn't work.

People have always been nice, don't get me wrong, but their attention to detail (though I would imagine missing a whole side on is a large detail....) is terrible.

After tonight I am pretty much done with this location. At this point there isn't an excuse.

Edit to add: they did not apologize for messing up the order And the coleslaw wasn't even filled all the way up. It was barely...
