At this point, it’s less of a hassle for me to drive to another store than to come here. Every visit, we end up having to ask for our drinks to be remade because they just don’t taste right. The drive-thru staff show no concern for customer service.
Today, hot coffee spilled all over my hand from one of the flimsy cups. Since you stopped double-cupping, there’s no protection. The worst part? The person at the window didn’t even ask if I was okay or offer napkins—just rushed to move on to the next car.
It feels like all this store cares about is speed through the drive-thru, not quality or customer care. I told him I ordered a venti and he said he would have them make another. But then he took a Venti cup, dumped the coffee in and added a ton of ice then handed it back to me. The order was specified to create a balance in the Venti cup of coffee, milk and ice. This was no solution. I created an iced espresso. When I told him that I saw what he had done and that it had not been remade, he said "well, I didn't charge you for a venti so if I make it like you want, I will have to charge you more." When 7:00 am rolled around , no order had been taken... 7:05 am, still no order had been taken. At 7:08 am I called and was advised “we had a lot to prep so we won’t open until 7:15 am”. A lot of prep isn’t the customers issue. If the establishment is supposed to open at 7:00 am and you see cars in line, then you need to open and take orders.
