DO NOT order online from this restaurant. I placed an order online at 4:05pm. Was emailed confirmation and told to pick up my order at 4:20pm. I showed up at the restaurant a little early at 4:15. I went to the express pickup sign. One employee. 4 people in line. I asked if an online order had been filled. I was told not yet. I sat at the table marked "carryout orders" only. Employee filled the order of the 4 customers waiting. I patiently waited thinking he would fill my order when he was done with those current customers in line. As he was finishing the final order, 3 additional customers walked in. He started filling their orders. I asked him if could fill my online order since I had now been waiting in the store for 20 minutes (30 minutes total). He told me that company policy was to fill the orders of in-store customers before filling online orders. I had already paid for my food. But I was led to believe I would be constantly waiting as long as other customers kept showing up to the store. The employee issued me a refund instead of simply filling my order. Read moreI ordered and paid for a delivery. I ordered using the subway application on my phone. The door dash driver did not deliver the chips. He was a door dash guy and was not helpful. Called the restaurant and the first guy was clueless. Called back and got another guy saying I need to call Door Dash customer support. He did offer for me to come by and pick up the chips. Called Door Dash customer support and after several tries by the agent to find the ticket, redirected me to the 1-800 subway number. Called it and was not helpful. Then went to the web site and found no way to even leave feedback. Tried the virtual assistant and the subway location was not even listed. for a $1.99 charge I have spent an hour trying to get this issue resolved. The only thing I know to do is to dispute the charge on my credit card. I am so disappointed that a company like Subway cannot figure out a process to handle incorrect charges. Read moreI went to the 2475 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064 location and ordered Two foot-long subs, before processing Anything, I had presented the coupon of two foot-long for $12.99. The guy at the register told me that this location does not accept paper coupon but only except online coupon. It does not make any sense how they are only willing to accept an online coupon but not a paper coupon when presented. I even went online to search this up, and it said that they are supposed to be still excepting the coupon when it is presented. This is the second franchise that I have gone to that has been denied a paper coupons when presented. I honestly love Subway but at this point I’m thinking about taking my business elsewhere because this is just ridiculous. I’m very disappointed because these coupons would’ve helped me save money and kept me as a returning customer. But because this has happened twice, I’m honestly not going to come back anymore.
