On 8-25-2022. I had a similar but worst experience as the last reviewer posted. The lady who served me had really dark circles around her eyes like a raccoon. She had a foreign accent and probably from Middle East. I too went there and inquired about the buy1 get 1 free coupon. Obviously, many people had inquired about the coupon becuz she got very rude and highly upset with me for inquiring. She referred me to the same sign As the last reviewer posted “No buy 1 get 1 free”. So I apologize for not reading it correctly. I then asked for condiments and she still had a horrible attitude but worst. So I asked if she was having a good day. Why did I ask that? She then flew off the handle and got extremely mad about me asking if she was having a good day. She starting screaming and pointing her finger at me I asked her to stop screaming at me and then I asked to speak to manager and she refused to get the manager and refused to give me the manager’s name. She grab my receipt and tossed my food to me and said to me, get ur food and don’t come back to my store again. I told her to not touch my food and she throw my food on the counter. I was mortified with her behavior and I clearly saw there were some Underlining issues with this lady. So I got my food and as I walked out, I told her that her attitude was horrible and she won’t get far jn life . Also, I told her with her horrible attitude, subway will be her career for life. My last words to her, I told her, “I am going to pray for you my sister.” She could not believe I called her my sister after she treated me like trash and humiliated herself. When I got home, I called subway and asked to speak to manager. She answered the phone and apparently recognized my voice and immediately she hangs up The phone in my ear. This lady is extremely childish and beyond rude. I am in disbelief that this happened to me at Subway. So I decided to Contact Subway headquarters and exoress my concerns. I look forward to hearing back from them. However. I do believe it was racially motivated becuz she had no respect for me as a person and I gave her no reason to respond in that manner. I am mortified and extremely disappointed with how I was treated. As a result of my experience, I will never go back to subway and I will advocate against subway’s customer service and my personal experience. I hope this lady gets the proper customer service training and skills she needs before serving anyone else . Read moreI went to this spot because I was passing it on my way home that day. They were 2 young lady's working that evening. The lady's did not greet me or anything instead one of the lady's just looked at me as she was making a sandwich. I figure she was busy so I just waited as she just stared at me. Finally she asked if we were ready. I said yes and started saying my order. Instead of listening she started talking to the other lady about a guy who was about to walk in. She then asked my friend what he wanted, meanwhile not starting on my order. After my friend said what he wanted she started to get his bread and then ask me what I wanted again. I repeated my order and she got my bread. She then smashed our bread as she was cutting it almost flat. As she was making our sandwiches she once again started talking to the other young lady about somebody else who was about to walk in. It took roughly about 20 mins just to make our sandwiches mostly because they were talking to each other about other people, that they couldn't get the orders right. Its better when they not working together. I had been there like 2 weeks before and other people were working and it was great. So long story short, its not the food it was the workers...
Read moreI got delivery, not realizing that the five forks location was temporarily closed and therefore received the worst sandwiches ever. How a store that serves fresh ingredients manages to muck up food: doesn't cook or toast the bacon and puts so much mustard and mayo on my and my husband's sandwiches that the wrap was leaking and everything else was either soupy or slimy. This store clearly resented the 8pm order! I spent 20 minutes trying to call the store before I just gave up. I love mustard but I had to throw my mustard soup sandwich away and go hungry. I will call them tomorrow!
Update: I received a bogus non-apology from the location owner that absolutely in no way addressed my issues. Just thanked me for the opportunity to allow his staff to, "improve the customer experience,". Generally I thought people that owned restaurants actually wanted their customers to actually eat there. Not the case at this location, customers beware! I will attempt to escalate.
