(Long post but worth the read)-I am giving a five star rating only, due to my encounter w/employee Angie today. There were a total of three employees present today on this visit. An emp slicing meat, an emp preparing bread and emp Angie, who was doing everything alone, on the front end. When my husband and I entered the establishment, there was only one guest before us but before we were waited on, evidently there were online orders that needed to be tended to first, so we waited approx. 3-5min before Angie took our order. Once the wait was over, Angie had to toast our subs(2 footlongs to be exact), fix them to our liking, wrap them, bag them and then ring up the order, and immediately move on to the next guest, while the other two emps continued slicing meat and preparing bread. I am a firm believer in teamwork, whether there is two customers in line or 20 in line. There was a lot of preparation for our subs, and I feel as though the other emps should have helped Angie. Angie continued to be very professional but yet a tad bit shy and quiet, however she didn't complain once. So I personally told her she needed help and thanked her for her service. Read moreOrdered from this Subway on 7/13/22 and had placed an order online for two foot-longs that were both incorrectly built. When I called back to the store I was told that there was no Manager on the premise to answer and that I would need to call the next day. The staff were polite, friendly, and apologetic for the mistake. They said that the Manager would be notified so everything could be fixed the following day.
So I placed a follow-up call with this location the subsequent day, hoping that the error could be corrected. Not only was the Manager (Debra?) not informed of the issue, she was rude and insulting about the mistake. She did not offer to correct it, rather she made excuses and trivialized the error as insignificant. She condescendingly ended the call with; “Well what do you want me to do about it?”
Simple answer, make it right. It’s a sandwich, not rocket science. I won’t be going back to this location again. Nice work Debra, you actually somehow managed in a position of “Leadership” to have less customer service and business acumen...
Read moreI don't understand how does the quality in service from day shift to evening shift shift falls short with more people working on the evening shift. Earlier today I came in and there was only 2 people the speed of service was fast with less people compared to your evening shift. I came in to pick up food, 4 people was there and there was no cookies. The food was wrong. I had to ask can I grab a chip instead since there was no cookies and of course the bottle of drink. Quality should not change from morning to night. And for the people standing around talking that means your labor is too high and it shouldn't be any errors. Food gets a turn star due to the day shift night shift. Rethink about getting new people. Now that i know if I order in the evening time I'm going to have to check before I leave.
