Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

Came and got a sub the sub looked okay while he was making it. I asked him if he would please give me oil and vinegar packets so my bread wouldn’t get soggy on my way home and he did. I get home and take a big bite of uncooked bread just like eating a ball of dough. I called and politely told him what happened he said it was cooked with a timer I said well it’s not cooked. He then said well everyone else’s was cooked. I already knew where it was going. I wasn’t going to argue with someone over whether or not I just ate the uncooked bread that I payed for. He didn’t ask if I could show him the sandwich or if I could bring my receipt or anything just tried to argue as if I was lying over a sub. The employees name is Jeff. So Jeff if you’re reading this thanks for doughy bread! Hopefully no one gets sick from eating here. Also I would love to see Jeff’s reaction if the shoe was on...

Subway making bad food is pretty rare given that they're just assembling sandwiches out of pre-made ingredients, but this dump does a fantastic job screwing up your meals.

If you get anything with meat on it it's getting toasted immediately whether you like it or not. Some of their sandwiches are downright gross if served hot so I'm pretty pissed about being given a stinking roll I'm not going to eat.

Their largely vegetable based sandwiches pretty much don't taste like anything. At the very least the condiments should and yet...

Lastly the guy working there was in such a hurry that he was throwing salad bits everywhere; my husband's sandwich doesn't really resemble a sandwich so much as it does an explosion and I have a veritable garden wrapped up in between the papers of my sandwich that had nothing green...

So yesterday was my first time going on myself to this subway. I will not go back. I went twice. The first time was in the morning. The lady was complaining about everything to every customer and that is poor customer service. My sandwich was decent. Could have been better. She didn’t change her gloves after every sandwich made. I’ve worked at subway before and you are supposed to change gloves. Then I went yesterday afternoon and the lady who made my sandwich had the worst attitude ever!!!!!!!! She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Why work in an environment that you don’t wanna be there. Nobody asked u to work there. U chose to apply and work there. Then she didn’t let my sandwich toast all the way. They need better staff and...
