I actually pulled up around probably 12:00 p.m. 3 weeks ago to get a sandwich. There was no one inside and there was a gentleman outside that was smoking a cigarette. So I waited inside for about 3 or 4 minutes. No one ever came up front, but as I walked to my car I turned around and I saw that the gentleman who was smoking a cigarette was the worker who never acknowledged me to say I'm on a break. I'll be in in a minute. Minute never said anything. However, the fact that he was smoking a cigarette didn't seem to wash his hands. Made me say I would never eat at this subways as long as I live there's too many to go to. They're individually owned but the one I went to I would never ever eat there again. By the way, I left without ordering anything because he never came inside until after I got in my car and I literally sat in my car for 5 minutes and watched in disbelief as he went behind the counter. Read moreIf cheap was a rating they would be 5 star. We went in and half the items were gone and it was very messy. The worker told us that the reason for the lack of inventory is due to the trucker strike right before the hurricane and the hurricane, however they are the ONLY subway in the area "supposedly" still affected by that. We went to go order and tried to use a paper coupon from the local paper, fl1299, and the worker stated that she cannot take that coupon. She said she cannot take any coupons that result in more than a few dollar loss for the store. Crazy, I know. I decided to go online to check if I could use the app to order and sure enough, her store takes the coupon on the app. Now I know for a fact that some subways can turn off the coupon stuff if they actually do not take coupons, but what is going on in this store just seems super shady. If more people reported these chain restaurants that are not up to par, than the corporate headquarters would be forced to whip them into shape. Google Subway listens to report this subway. They way she handled him was very unprofessional and that is unacceptable! She stated she runs that store and been there all day since the morning.
