Quick Summary - Pizza is better than cheap chains (think Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc.) but not as good as nice options (Marietta Pizza Company, DaVinci's, etc) and priced accordingly. Service and manager are atrocious and are the reason I cannot suggest going
Detailed Review - We placed an online order at 6PM; our confirmation said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. We wanted to check out the games so we arrived after about 15 minutes. When we arrived, we checked with the only employee out front about our order and she said she had missed it and it wasn't even started. This was after she told me I needed to pay; I had to show her my email confirmation stating it was paid multiple times.
Since we assumed it would take 20 minutes, we played some games. After 45 minutes, I asked about our order. We were told it was cooking. Two other customers arrived, placed orders and left during this time.
After 60 minutes we asked again and were told it would be ready soon. About five minutes after, our pizza and pepperoni rolls were ready. We were missing an extra marinara sauce (noted on order and paid for) so we requested it. The cashier told me that it only comes with one; I again pulled up my receipt and showed her where I paid an for additional one. She said she'd need to ask her boss (sole person in the kitchen) and he said it only comes with one. I again showed my receipt and told the cashier I would gladly explain to him that situation that we not only paid for an extra sauce but we had been waiting an hour total for our order beyond the promised time.
He looked at me through the window and said, "I don't have time for you." He tells the cashier to get me my extra sauce and we leave.
This was our first, and last, time in this place. I do plan on contacting them about my experience so they can coach their employees. The food and atmosphere were too good to have the business ruined by this horrid customer service.
I did contact the management and asked to...
Read moreAlright another review like to hear about it hear it go. It's kind of hard to see it from the street if you blink you'll miss it. But once you get here the place is nostalgic for the older generation. They have the old arcade games with plenty of games on them and FREE PLAY. Which I'll be honest I have not played an arcade game in so long that damn joystick wore my arm out lol. But I won my games though. The menu is pretty simple and not overwhelming. They have a nice amount of dining options. Xaren the cashier/waitress/ host at that time was absolutely sweet and gave good suggestions. We had 2 lunch specials which consisted of 2 large slices of any kind of pizza with a drink or you can do 1 slice with a salad & a drink your choice. But I'm not really a salad eating person so 2 pizza slices for me please and thank you lol. We had a Cheese, a BBQ, a Supreme, & a Meat lovers. I like the pizza dough it's fresh, thin, nice crisp to it, it's foldable reminds me of a New York style pizza. I asked for a side of pizza or marinara sauce because I like a little more sauce than what was on my pizza. I got marinara and that sauce was sooo good and flavorful I could have just had that with some breadsticks and been just as happy. The BBQ pizza was ok. The cheese was pretty good. The Supreme pizza felt like the veggies weren't cooked and if they were maybe cook it a little longer. Still good though. The meat lover's slice was good with nice size chunks of meat. Overall really good food. Love the tables you can eat at and play the games at the same time. We'll be back to try more food and my arm will be tested up so I can pay some more games. And I can't forget to get some more marinara sauce with some...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to give this place a try for dinner last night. We placed on online order directly through the restaurants website, and were quoted 20 minutes to pick up our order. We got there about 15 minutes after ordering, and were told that their system didn't tell them they had an order, so it would be a little longer. We weren't upset, and enjoyed the fun classic video games. They have lots of games and they are free to play. After about 30 minutes we asked about our pizza, and were told it was almost ready. When we received our food, I asked for the extra marinara sauce we had requested when we placed the order. The cashier went to ask the manager (who was the one in the kitchen making all the food) and he told her no, that out appetizer already came with sauce. I mentioned that we had requested it when we ordered, and at this point had been waiting an hour for our food. The manager was very rude and was not going to give us the extra sauce. He finally agreed, but made us wait another several minutes.
Overall, the food was good. We really enjoyed the Pepperoni pinwheels. The pizza was fresh and pretty good. Not the best New York Pizza I've had in the area, but better than a chain restaurant. The canolis were fresh and very good. The food was good, but our service impacted our experience. The manager did not seem at all concerned that we had been waiting so long, or attempted to even apologize or...
