Baladi is such a treat!! Iâm so glad that I found this little gem. Itâs so unexpected to find such a beautiful & elegant atmosphere like this and a cafe that has later hours which is exactly what I need for my work at home schedule. The coffee is excellent and Iâm honestly a bit of a coffee snob!! I always get the iced vanilla date latte which is so yummy!
The owner Sarah (sp?) is lovely and friendly- and also cares about excellence for her customers from the decor, service, and high quality food- which are a lot of very unusual and delectable treats- many related to Dubai.
I do wish that they had more gluten free items for food (the coffee etc is safe and they also have dairy free milk etc so youâre safe there if you are gluten or dairy free which is excellent! The creme brĂťlĂŠe is gluten free and they have a gluten free chocolate lava cake that is very good when they have it. Iâm hoping that more gluten free people will start coming here so they have it more regularly. Sarah the owner was kind enough to say that if I was wanted it and let her know a few days ahead she would order it for me. So she is incredible. I just donât know when Iâm going a lot of the time because my schedule can vary quite a bit. She really tried to accommodate me by telling me I could do that.
If you arenât gluten free there are tons of really unusual and high end options like Dubai chocolate, trifle and custard based desserts, and all very elegant and beautiful.
And for gluten free and non gluten free alike there are a variety of beautiful teas and coffees that you wonât find at your typical or even non-typical coffee place. Itâs like going to Dubai except in the northern suburbs of Georgia! Who knew thar could be done? And Iâm so glad that she did do it. Also, even the customers are very low key and itâs always a relaxed atmosphere while still having personality and liveliness.
The staff always remembers me and is super friendly and I enjoy how relaxed I feel here as Iâm a very atmospheric person and affected by my surroundings so I very much enjoy hanging out here at the end of the day when I can. They are open until 10 pm. A lot ot coffee places stopped doing that after 2020 so itâs so nice!
Itâs truly wonderful place to check out and to go if you get a chance! I normally go to Atlanta to find places like this but here it is like a hidden gem different than all of the...

If youâre in the Kennesaw area and looking for a lowkey spot to grind, meet, or just relax â do yourself a favor and check out Baladi Coffee. Just opened 3 months ago, and Iâve already made it part of my weekly routine. Solid vibes, elite coffee, and a setup that just works. đźđťâ
From the jump, the space gives off Middle Eastern cafĂŠ meets modern lounge â beautiful decor, warm lighting, and just enough personality without being over the top. The Arabic music playing in the background adds a nice cultural touch, but itâs low enough that you can still hold a full business meeting or have a real convo without shouting. đśđŁď¸
Now letâs talk coffee: Iâve been stuck on the BaladĂ Vanilla Date Oat Milk Latte â itâs smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Just right. Definitely worth trying, but theyâve got a full menu of options, plus snacks and desserts that hit the spot. đŻâđŞ
Whether youâre pulling up solo to knock out some work, catching up with friends, or need a laid-back space to meet with clients â this place delivers.
âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ 5/5 â Highly recommend. Itâs rare to find a cafĂŠ that feels both chill and professional, but Baladi nails it. Iâll be here often â might even catch me in my usual corner.

Read moreI was very excited to try this coffee shop. I saw great reviews and especially a review with a picture of vibrant green matcha that got me excited. This place is very aesthetic and beautiful. I love the marble floors and tables. The decorations are beautiful. I really enjoyed the environment. I put some loop ear plugs in and was able to get a lot of schoolwork done. I got the chocolate supreme roll which was so good! I also got an iced matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla. I was very disappointed in the matcha, it was too milky. All I could taste was oat milk, the matcha flavor was lost and I couldnât taste any vanilla. It is a little pricey for me (college student) so it was disappointing that I only had a few sips and did not enjoy the drink. I do think the prices are competitive to other shops, the matcha was $6.50 and with oat milk it was $7.00. I ended up spending $18 total including a $2 tip. I might give them one more try with the matcha because the matcha that other customers got looked more promising from what I could see. I might just try the espresso drinks to be safe. I would definitely be excited to try other pastries and espresso drinks. I do recommend this to anyone looking for a nice spot to sit and get work done, or socialize. If you do go to get work done, I recommend bringing headphones or ear plugs just in case they are busy or if you struggle to focus! Overall a great place, I just didnât have a good experience...
