I Traveled from 1 hour away to purchase a suit for my son for my wedding, upon getting dressed for my big day, my son rushes into my bedroom showing me that they sensor was still on the suit,(my wedding ceremony is in 2 hours), I google a closer Burlingtons to my venue on Old national hwy,because i understand things happen, to only find out that they are unable to remove the sensor due to not having the same machine as the Kennesaw location,(My wedding ceremony is in 1 hour) Panic mode......,my ceremony had to be delayed 1 hour due trying to remove the senor, find another suit for my son to match the wedding party,Call and the manger on duty days later (Donna),explained the whole situation,level of stress and inconvenience and her only advise was to return the suit, no compassion what so ever, my entire family has been customers for years since i was a kid and now that i have kids as well, my husband and i are very appalled with the lack of concern,very poor...

When I contacted the store to request a return or exchange, I was met with resistance from the store manager, Donna. Despite explaining the situation and providing proof of purchase, Donna denied any assistance or resolution.
The lack of accountability for the product’s quality and Donna’s refusal to address the issue left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with a defective product.
I hope that Burlington takes steps to improve both its product quality control and customer service policies to prevent similar incidents...

So now this company wants to hear my complaint of a1 star review i posted 10 months or so ago because I finally decided to put in a description, so here it is. I walked around the store, this was back around March, needing a price check. I wandered the store for about 15 minutes looking for employees to speak to. I finally found someone and told me to take it to the register with an annoyed look on their face. 15 minutes is an eternity in any store for a price check. Bad enough I waited 45 min( pandemic), and the line was wrapped around the store. I couldn't get a price check??. Seriously, talk to your employees and tell them to at least act...
