Let me begin by saying Tammy was AWESOME! Exceptional customer service. This review is based solely on the food we received. It was 2 of my co-workers and myself. I ordered wings and catfish. I received wings ( Huge feathers!) and TALAPIA!!! These two fish don’t even look the same so how did this happen but I will move on! Fries saltless so they probably want you to buy the salt too like the hot sauce. How you gonna be a chicken and fish spot and charge for HOT SAUCE!!! Really? NEVER SEEN THIS!!! But they didn’t skimp on the salt on the feathered wings!!! I been thirsty ever since. Too much salt on the gizzards and chicken. Their “bar” look's like my bar at the house. Limited selection. Very disappointed Feathers!!!! Charging for condiments. That’s crazy work!!!Not extra condiments but any condiments tarter ,hot sauce, ketchup!!! Like WTH!!We will NOT return. Did I mention the wings look like they came from a Cornish hen??? I do not like big wings but it looked like the top of the drum portion was chopped off??? The best thing I had was the peach carrot mistic!!! Anyone who wrote a positive review about this food is an employee, family member or a friend! OR DELUSIONAL!!!We did not read the reviews prior or we would NOT have tried them. There are several reviews that say the same as me or worse.Last thing they literally give you a teaspoon of coleslaw. Y’all could have kept it. It was actually tasty so that mad me even angrier! lol! I had never been to Harold’s chicken before even when I lived near Chicago. I ordered online and when I got there I went to the bar to ask for my order and they were confused. This is why I don’t usually order online because 9/10 times it’s an issue and I was in a hurry just trying to grab what I thought was a quick bite. It took them at least 30 minutes to begin to make my order and notice I was still waiting even though they knew they didn’t have my order ready and I was still waiting. While I’m waiting the receptionist (I guess) told me my food had been sitting up front the whole time. Not sure what the point of letting me know that was as I had already came to the front almost an hour ago to ask for my order. Another 20 minutes passes and the manager I assume also felt the need to let me know my order had been sitting up front. At this point I’m wanting a refund and just move about my night… but it was late and nothing was open. I finally got my food which was supposed to be in my hands at 10.20 I didn’t get my order until around 11.40. Extremely slow service. Very loud wannabe club/bar. Unorganized as they don’t seem to have good communication. Food was…. Just barely okay especially for the price (17 just for this). Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s lol. Never again. If you want actual good chicken/fish there’s better places for sure. Big fish& chicken in Marietta is still my top 5 this...

BIG disappointment for our family of (4). We all agreed the wings were not good!! :((

We drive from Kennesaw to frequent other Harold's Chicken locations often. Harolds & JJ's Chicken are our go to spots for good fried chicken. Was excited to see this location within 5 mins. of our home. Harold's tends to be consistently good. Expected same here. This location TOTALLY missed the mark!! The wait time was a bit long (35-40 minutes) given there was only one table seated and a handful of people coming and going with take out orders. Didn't appear busy at all. I was surprised for a Friday night. They do let you know the food is cooked to order though, so the wait time was explained. The young lady (hostess who serves in our military) provided great customer service.

The interior of this location is nice. The chicken was seasoned well, but the coating was flaky and fried way too hard, too crispy, unlike any wings I"ve ever had at the Roswell Rd and Atlanta location. Also, we may have gotten 10-15 french fries in our "large order" of fries. Terrible!!! I had high hopes, but will continue to drive right pass this location to go to the other locations we've frequented for years without complaint. I highly suggest the cooks get more training or to shadow the cooks at the other locations to see...
