I used to love shopping here. The shopping experience was refreshing, organized with lots of options. It seems as though after the pandemic - the store has plummeted downhill. Customer service is the worst and the store itself looks like a dump. No organization, everything is everywhere and not in designated aisles. It is extremely sad to see how poor condition this store is.

Today was my last attempt at stepping foot in the store. My goal was to try and take advantage of the post holiday sales. While at the register, one item of the four identical items that I wanted to purchase did not ring up according to the clearance price. I requested that it obviously be adjusted since it is clearly red labeled and red lined like the other identical items. The manager advised that if it rings up that way there isn't anything they can do about it and to go read the clearance sign. I've never heard of an absurd policy like this. Anyhow, I advised them to just cancel everything and took my money elsewhere.

I really like this store. I found it a couple years ago when I came from California to Georgia and need things I chose not to bring with me. I have found that for whatever season or holiday you are shopping for you’ve got to come long before you really think you need too. Two Christmas’ ago they were wiped out of most everything by the first week of December. Isle after isle, shelf after shelf were empty except for bits here and there. They have a wonderful abundance of pottery right now. Spring “silk” flowers are getting picked over near the pottery area. They have some beautiful flowers and greenery that are just being displayed so I don’t know what they were putting there a week ago in a total different area of the flowers by the pottery. One thing they need to have if they are going to carry that amount of “silks” is the dry foam and florists tape. It’s a missed opportunity for them and a frustration that I had to go elsewhere to get it. But otherwise I like the...
