First time I'm having to comment about this location, usually I get friendly people oriented worker at the order box. I start to make my order and she comments how she can't hear me so I raise my voice. Then she starts to mutter under her breath acting like I'm giving her an attitude. I say nothing, trying to give her a pass. I asked for the luxe cravings meal and she says which one, I ask is there more than one? No answer, it goes up on the menu. I ask for my drink and she asks if there's anything else I'd like. I ask for packets of Diablo sauce. She says nothing and throws up the total and tells me to pull up, so I ask if she heard me asking for the Diablo sauce and she snaps back at me and yells I HEARD YOU. At this point I'm trying to be calm because I know I was about to lose my mind. I pull up to the window, and as SOON as she scans my card she mutters, who you think you are giving me an attitude. So then I ask me? And my voice starts going up because I can't hold back anymore. I'm the one giving you an attitude? You asked me to speak up so I did and all the sudden you're acting like I'm being antagonistic. I tell her I wasn't yelling before but now I am actually yelling at her. This whole time her coworker is ACTUALLY being friendly and people oriented to calm me down. The lady who was being extremely rude then asks for my card back so she can refund me and I can go SOMEWHERE ELSE?? UHHH HELLO? INSTEAD OF THINKING TO APOLOGIZE FOR BEING RUDE YOU PRETTY MUCH TELL ME TO F OFF?? Read moreMy favorite part of the trip was sitting in the drive thru line for many many minutes.... When it was finally our turn to order we waited patiently, I was with an amusing group of coworkers (thank God or there would be nothing positive in this review) ... I think we waited for a couple of minutes.... Which is a tad loco I know, but again... This group makes their own fun, we see your line and are unafraid. Finally I look at the box and I say, "Sorry, hello?" (just in case the purr of my SUV is so subtle they missed my presence)and I am greeted with, "Ma'am we're closed." Buried the lead there fella ... I understand that retail and restaurants are experiencing a surge of understaffing. But a simple note on your little order box would have saved you from a one star review. Telling the waiting car that you are closed without having to be prompted could have also done the trick. Look guy, I hope you aren't trapped in the building.... I don't know why you're hanging out in a closed Taco Bell with your headset on.... But get it together man. You work next to 5 billion office parks and it was noon. Stuff happens, I'm not questioning or penalizing you for that I understand the poop hitting the fan... (you're a restaurant at noon and you're closed the poop has clearly hit the fan.) Read moreFOOD is fine. SERVICE is NOT. I came in to buy a Black Bean Crunchwrap. I got charged the wrong price and when I asked the employee, one said she was new. Second one said that there just must be an error on the menu board and that someone put on the wrong price for it. No one fixed it and then gave me an attitude saying “this is too much and asked why am I being difficult?.” Then they said the they have no control over the app either or the prices listed on the app. Then the same employee told his staff don’t worry different locations have different prices and that just let people who want to be difficult be like that. When I asked if I could speak with the franchisee, they said they don’t know who it is. One male employee continued to give me the attitude and said I don’t get paid enough for all of this. So in the end the listed price of what I am purchasing is not correct anywhere and as the customer I am suppose to just go along? This is GREAT business practice. Blame the customer for incorrect pricing and call them difficult. Please someone contact me so I can understand what I did wrong as I am a business owner myself and I would never expect my employees to treat people giving me business in such a poor disrespectful...
