Customer Service is a must. Friends one of my favorite spots with my family especially on Wednesday when they offer bogo wings. Well my kids home from college and for the holiday weekend we decided to have dinner at Friends and it was an embarrassing and awkward night. The waitress name Marie accused me of being rude because we ordered 3 - 10 piece wings and only received 2 - 10 piece for free. When I asked for my last order of 10 wings free the waitress says I didn't tell her a flavor and that's the way she put in the order and I asked if should could correct it and she said it was nothing to correct because we didn't say flavor and I was being rude. At this point I was so frustrated the waitress never returned not even to give me my bill but this is the same waitress not once asked if we needed a refill, if my food was Ok, if she could get anything else for me, offered absolutely no further customer service I ignored all that because I knew they were busy but then she called me Rude for asking for the additional wings. But my rude self still left Marie a tip. I want Marie to know Customer service is everything especially when you brag on a place and invite others to join you. It was very embarrassing for me to have the waitress call me rude only to get my order correct. Thanks to the older gentlemen that came by and got me another order of wings now I felt he was trying to get me out of there but he was...

Very rarely do I have to give a company a bad review but what happened today at Friends Sports Grill just chaps my hide. If your menu says your Wednesday special is All You Can Eat Wings then you should honor that. When we went to order the Wednesday Special we were told it isn't available until after 5 PM.
I mentioned that the menu didn't reflect that and leads people to believe that the special is available all day. Totally illegal in my opinion to offer a product at a specific price and then not provide that product at that price without it being a certain time of day when their menu doesn't state only after 5PM. Simple fix - write on the menus not till after 5. I brought that up to the Manager on duty and he said no one else complains.
Their menu states that if things aren't right they will make them right. Ha! I don't think so. We brought a mistake to their attention and they just ignored us. Well they lost not only my entire office's business but also the business of everyone I know.
The appropriate answer from management should have been: "We apologize for the misprint in our menu and will be happy to honor that offer for you today. We will update our menus accordingly so there is no more confusion on what time the specials are available."
I would not recommend eating at Friends Sports Grill (at least not until after 5PM when their menu will...
Read moreMade a pick up order, food was prefect. Knew it would be 2 min to wait for my food, so set my son on a bar stool as I've done at any location I've been. Bar manager said he couldn't sit there, it was against Gwinnett county law... Very loudly.... No it's not, didn't argue, just won't be back, just the fact that she was unsure and lied, or just didn't want kids at her bar.... By the way, my son is 4.... Not like he's ordering a Jack and coke. I've listed section 6-29, subsection 5 for Gwinnett county for training purposes:
No person who holds a license to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink shall allow any minors to be in, frequent or loiter about the licensed premises of the establishment or lounge unless such minors are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian, provided however, that such minors shall be permitted in eating establishments, indoor commercial recreational establishments, or private clubs as defined in this ordinance without being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian and provided further that this section shall not apply to minors who are employees under the terms of this ordinance.
This means he can be at the bar if I'm with him. If it's a house rule that's fine, but don't...
