This Bojangles staff is very rude and unprofessional. After paying for my food, I was not given a receipt. The cashier handed me my card and walked away. After about 2 minutes, she came back to the window to see why I was still there. I asked for my receipt, she turned away and walked towards the front. When she came back to the window she indicated that she didn't have it. I asked why, and she closed the window and was talking to someone, then handed me the receipt that they use to pull orders. I explained that this receipt does not show what my card was charged. She told me to pull forward and someone would bring it out. Another young lady came out and told me receipt I was handed was my receipt. I explained it does not show the authorization of how much my card was charged. She then asked, what does the receipt say? She then proceeded to smirk when I reiterated that the receipt does not show what my card was charged, and stated what's the amount on the receipt. Read moreCame through the drive thru. I ordered two biscuits, two large bo rounds, and a large sweet tea. I pulled up to the window and a cashier told me my order was $17 and some change. I gave him a $20 and as he was gathering my change another employee came to the window and said they were out of bo rounds. I said okay we will just take the biscuits and tea. The cashier started to hand me my change but I realized he was still charging me $17. I asked if the order was still $17 and the other employee came to the window and said there’s your change. I asked her why I was still being charged $17 if we weren’t getting bo rounds. She rolled her eyes and threw up her hands before turning around and yelling where’s the manager. The manager arrived and started to get my correct change but the rude employee came back to the window with an attitude to say “we have one hashbrown! Do you want a hashbrown!?” The manager began to push her away at this point.
