I came with my mom, and the service was very mixed.

My mom’s pedicure was amazing — no complaints there. But her Gel X nails were a big problem. Sunny did them, and within 2 days they started lifting. When she went back, some man only fixed 2 nails even though she told him 4 were lifting. He brushed her off saying, “They’re fine, they’re not going to come off.” That wasn’t true — the nails kept lifting at the beam, we had to go buy nail glue to hold them down, and then last night one of the nails broke completely. Gel X should not be breaking or lifting this fast — at other salons they last way longer.

On top of that, when they first opened, they offered 20% off if you wrote a good review — that’s why they have so many positive ones. My mom’s honest review didn’t even post on their side, only on ours, and the man only gave her 10% off instead of the full 20%. That’s not right.

For me, I came in specifically asking for acrylic toes. Instead of doing what I asked, the tech kept trying to talk me out of it, saying I didn’t need it. I don’t like that — if I ask for a service, I expect to get it, not be argued with. In the end, I got the Signature Pedicure ($39) and gel ($15), which was amazing, but I still left without what I wanted because she refused to do the acrylic.

Bottom line: the salon is pretty inside and pedicures here are excellent, but nails are poorly done and customer service is not respectful. I will only ever come back for pedicures — nothing else. They’re only...

Service was extremely slow. I paid over $200 and spend 2 hours getting a pedicure and fill in. Then when the technician finally started working on my nails she repeatedly took breaks and was comfortable stopping my service to text and talk to someone, making the fill in a longer process than needed.My complaint is not with the prices but the service that comes with these luxury prices. The nail techs were not very experience and I had to remind mine to take the dust off my nails before applying acrylic, which is when she remember to apply nail primer, and then went on to scrape my fingers with the drill 3 times ( no apology or anything when she did) The prices do not match the service and experience they have. I had such a great experience at Vibe Nail Bar! I noticed they opened close to my house and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, glitzy, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. The pedi chair was so comfy, we were watching Family Feud and sipping on bevis, and my nail techs were friendly and did an amazing job.

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and both turned out beautifully. The color selection was impressive, and the quality of the products they use is top-notch. I also appreciated how hygienic and well-organized everything was.

This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional nail...
