Subway — Restaurant in Moultrie

There's a lady that works at this subway that has always been kind. Very sweet lady. I was told her name is Jennifer so shout out to Jennifer for being great! I tip her when I can and will as long as she makes my food. But, the last few times my husband or I have gotten food here, theres been a heavy set guy there making the food. He's rude and disrespectful and must have a serious obsession with mayo because he's stingy with it 😂😒 The first time (a month or so ago) there was an issue, my husband went in for lunch and asked for extra mayo. The guy says can't put a lot... My husband says well that's not enough... Guy says gotta save some for everyone else 😒... I thought my husband was exaggerating so I put my phone on record tonight when I went in.. Not only was he stingy with the mayo but he was rude too. Everything my son wanted on his sandwich was an issue for this guy to the point that he says "ima have to charge more if you get everything on it" surly that was supposed to be some kind of joke but rather than laughing or cutting up he was rude about it. He then makes comments like " dang who you feeding with this? Like 4 people?" I said man he's a growing boy! He proceeded to tell me that when he was a growing boy all he ate on a sandwich is ham. This grown man is bigger than ALL the people in this place yet giving a 14 year old boy trouble about wanting veggies on his sandwich 🤔 Made my son feel embarrassed to the point that he was afraid to ask for pickles. I ask for extra mayo on my husband's sandwich and he says "I'll give you what I can", I say wait what? Is there some kind of mayo shortage? He said na and mumbled something under his breath... When he walked away Jennifer apologized for his behavior and gave me a cup of mayo. I told her i would have tipped her if she had made my food. This was a really long review but someone had to say it. Get rid of this guy, or get him away from your customers or I won't be going back in there...

Went in to get a sandwich for my husband. The staff were nice enough and the food looked good. Got the sandwich home and my husband took one bite, gagged and nearly threw up. Something on the sub was bad because the sandwich tasted like chemicals. Went back to get a refund because the sandwich was inedible. The employee was rude and disrespectful and basically called me a liar and told me that no one else had complained about bad tasting sandwiches. Still requested a refund and was told they couldn't do a refund o. The weekend and was told to come back Monday (we were there on a saturday). Asked them to call the manager because I was not waiting two days for a refund. Finally got a refund but was extremely upset with how my husband and I were treated. Have been disappointed by this location so many times but this is the breaking point. Would rather travel to Tifton or Thomasville for subway then go back to this location. Will definitely not be back to this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to firehouse or publix in Moultrie for a sub or travel out of town for subway. Do not go to this rude and...

I have been in 3 times in a weeks time, tonight being the last time. I was told all 3 times that they were out of almost everything. The young man said to me “ma’am let me tell you what all we are out of before you even start your order”. He told me he was out of turkey, chicken and almost all meats. I asked him why they are always out of everything and his answer to me was “the day shift doesn’t do prep and I ain’t doing somebody else’s prep”. I walked out of the store. He didn’t blink an eye, apologize or anything. He went right back into the conversation he was having with another employee as I was walking in. When I was in there a few days ago, they turned several people away because they were out of everything. Why even be open? Why is this owner paying people to ruin his business? The people in Moultrie are not happy. Put the closed sign on if you can’t serve your customers. Don’t make them get out and walk in and waste their time. They can do just what I did and go across the street to Firehouse. They have never, not once told me they were out of anything and they treat their customers with respect. Bad...
