Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

Wendy's is one of the best fast food places in the country. It has a better quality than other fast food franchises. And by quality, I mean food, service, presentation, price. All these things are what makes me believe that Wendy's is one of the best fast food franchises.

First, as I walk into the building, I notice how clean the building is. Also, the outside of the building has no trash in sight. Additionally, the building also looked as if it was a new location, it was very well taken care of. One of the cleanest Wendy's I’ve been to. Also, the restrooms where very clean, unlike most of other fast food places, where they are nasty and make you not want to come back to the restaurant.

After, when we went to take our order, the worker who was assisting us was very nice, professional, and enthusiastic. She took our order and it was ready in less than five minutes. The service was great, the workers were delightful, and the food was out in a flash. What else could you ask for when you’re hungry? The food service was amazing! Not having to wait, just being able to sit down and eat your meal with no problems at all made this restaurant superior to other restaurants I’ve tried.

Now comes the quality of the food. The food was very pleasing, and it had a way better taste than other restaurants. I had a chicken sandwich with jalapenos and the people that accompanied me had burgers or chicken sandwiches as well. Also, Wendy's has a wide variety of food in its menu. And let’s also not forget about the specials like the spicy chicken nuggets! Many other people as well as I love the spicy chicken nuggets, so seeing them return was a magical moment. The nuggets were good, the chicken was amazing, and the burgers were wonderful. Also, they did not have as much processed food flavor as other brands, making it taste fresh. I enjoy that a lot about Wendy’s. They also have a large selection of drinks, ranging from sodas to lemonade. They had 5 different lemonade flavors: Regular, Peach, Wild-berry, Tropical Berry, and Strawberry, and they taste amazing.

Lastly, the price of the food. For the food that we ordered the price was not bad. It was around $30, making it cheap for the quality. It was a very satisfying experience, not just in the price but also in the feel of the restaurant. It was a great place to go and have a good time after a long day of walking in the summer heat. It was the best place to eat cheap, fast and good.

Wendy’s is one of the best fast food franchises not because of only the food, but also because of the quality of the restaurant. It gives you great food for a reasonable price and the services are splendid. The quality of the food is great, and it tasted like actual fresh meat. Lastly, the restaurant was clean, and that showed that the workers respected their working environment and they cared about the experience of customers. Wendys Sugarloaf parkway Lawrenceville is very very slow inside and in the Drive-Thru. Very uncomfortable with customers on the inside and outside complaining. It was terrible . The person at the register was very nice. Manager seemed nice, but needed to provide more training to employees, because none of them knew what was going on. The thing that got me was when I tried to talk to to the manager, she would not provide any eye contact. The coke machine in the dining room was not working properly. We were there to dine- in but our food sat on the counter in bags with workers oblivious, so finally I checked in the bags bags ourselves on the counter and realized it was actually our food that had been sitting there getting cold! The cobb salad could have done without the arugula, Arugula is like eating weeds out of someone's backyard, so please leave that out! I definitely won't be eating that salad again. My husband had a burger fries and a coke His main complaint was the coke machine not working properly and then when I went to get a refill on my sweet tea, the spout nozzle just fell off the large metal drink dispenser. I was so done after that. Also, in the women's bathroom, the only toilet paper that was in the women's stall was this huge roll of toilet paper that was put on top of the nasty trash can laying sideways on top of the trash can in that stall. That's disgusting and lazy at that. My husband I both agree, we should have went next door to Zaxby's. Hopefully they could have provided...

First of all, I did it stop by with my kids 2 days a go, we were dining and we ordered it a $30 worth of food, something that I look at it it was a guy working for Uber, eats waiting for a long time, and the workers seen him and nobody asked him anything, then I did ask him. You already told him that you here? Which he replied to me nope they haven’t even asked anything and I’m trying to communicate with them and moving my hands and everything and they just don’t wanna pay attention to me, i was like wow, so later, when we finish eating, I came back to the front desk , I do have the little keychain frosty like four of them because me and my kids, then this lady came over and told me, I cannot give them to you , because you need to buy something, then I reply to her what do you mean buy something? You just gave me $30 worth on food and you tell me that I need to buy something. This is ridiculous, then she told me is nothing that I can do. Then I told her OK call the manager, she told me I am the manager wow, which I replied no wonder why everything is a mess in this place, you guys don’t care about that customers this Uber driver been waiting a year just to confirm the order for about 15 minutes or more, I have to wait for another 10 minutes just to request this ice creams , she told me you can buy something or you can go, wow again , i guess she were having a bad day after installing her 3inch eyelashes before come to work, i guess is my last time...
