This particular Wendys is hard to review. It depends on the day of the week and on the specific manager or personnel there. One experience was ordering through the counter inside and making sure things were ordered properly. When the food was brought home the only sandwiches we asked to have no sauces 2 of the 6 had sauces all the same. Assuming we had made a mistake and ordered incorrectly we checked the receipt and it was actually right on there so it was their mistake. Long story short I ask my son to take them and they dont do anything and he comes home the same sandwiches. I went personally and talked to the young lady manager and she was sweet as can be. She changed our sandwiches and even offered a free sandwich next time we went. I took just our sandwiches and she was nice so problem resolved even though there shouldnt of been one. That one is why they got an extra star. Another occasion they made all our food incorrectly we ordered 6 4 for $4 and it was wrong ...some only has 3 nuggets others didnt have bacon on the sandwiches others didnt get the right drink. I am diabetic and asked for unsweetened tea and I was given Coke...yeah not gonna work for me sadly. I went back and the young man that helped me didnt help at all...said we got what we asked for and just wanted a free-B. Todays situation I pull up at the drive thru...they dont close till 12am... But we got there around 5 minutes till...late I know but, they were open. I called out because no one welcomed us and no answer... Called out for a bit thinking they may be busy with someone else or short handed...nothing for about 4 minutes. I thought the place was closed so I pulled around and I see two men cutting up and goofing off hiding in a sense where I was supposed to not see them. I honked my horn rolled the car in reverse called out again and he had the audacity to say -we are CLOSED- , I had my 3 kids and just got out of the ER with one sick...Rude. If he would have helped me when I pulled up it was not closed. I told him O was tired and my kids were hungry to please just sell me anything that was left that was already made like fries or salads or anything. He said no we are closed, cant do anything about it. I am pretty upset about that but I know how it goes if I tried to say anything else or they decided to give me anything it would have been tampered with spit on or something else and I was not in the mood for it. I just drove of. I try to be considerate but these men really put me off to coming back, a little less laziness and more compassion would have been nice. If you come here check that your order is right and get it fixed immediately and if you have a late night make sure its at least 20 till closing time or your not...
Read moreI've really tried my best to accommodate the lack of proper service here, but I'm basically fed up at this point. This place is right by my house but today was the last time I come here, and we visit Wendy's almost every day (my autistic child loves the food).
Here are the issues: They eat food at the drive-thru window, even taking food out of customer's own bags to eat as it's passed to go out the window (I've watched it happen, making eye contact as they do it). Mobile orders are a joke and they don't make them until you pull up, so regardless of how far in advance you order, you'll be pulled over and made to wait while regular drive-thru orders zoom past you (happened 3 times). What's the point of ordering in advance if I have to wait even longer then if I'd of just ordered upon arrival? They literally be putting 3 instead of 4 nuggets in the biggie bags (probably bc they ate one). Staff don't let customer's tap to pay with their own device (they want the phone) yet they don't know how to properly do it themselves. And it's odd having strangers hold my $1300 device.
Trying the mobile option to order in advance was my last bid at continuing to give my money to this location, but I am done. Will also be sending this review to the official Wendy's account on X and IG.

Read moreWorst Wendy's! They are across the street from my job but NOT very convenient. Everytime I go there they get my order wrong! I ordered a Southern Chicken Biscuit (Doesn't come with bacon) and they added bacon. I'm allergic! Couldn't eat it or make it back for a refund. I stopped by on multiple occasions to order just a LARGE MINUTE MAID CHERRY LIMEADE NO ICE and they always get it wrong. Few days ago they put ice. When I told them no ice and returned the cup they asked me to pull up! For a drink? When I pulled up, a manager came out 3 minutes later to say they were out. I went again today and asked the clerk to check prior to me paying. He says he remembers me and hesitates before going to check. He comes back and says they have it. I remind him it's no ice. He says, yup they have it ready for you. I get to the window and a new manager hands me my drink. Right color, no ice. I drive off to work. I get to work and pop off the lid to see bubbles. Huh, I know this doesn't have carbonation. So I reluctantly take a sip. It's pop. I can't drink pop! I called Wendy's and tell them about the horrible service. The 'manager' says she also remembers me. Funny, they all remember but can't get my order right! Needless to say, I'll be getting my refund and never going back...
