First let's start with the good, this location is consistently one of the best Wendy's I've been to. Always consistent with my orders and this morning they went above and beyond by remaking my breakfast sandwich to not include the Swiss even though I forgot to specify that at the call box. One gentleman in specific who works there is always in such a great mood and so polite he did not hesitate to remake my sandwich because I've complained to him before about the unreasonable use of Swiss cheese in breakfast sandwiches at Wendy's. That is my only complaint and is not with this store it is with Wendy's corporate deciding that swiss cheese belongs on a breakfast sandwich when literally no one else in the industry would find that acceptable. I brought my girlfriend to a different location and forgot to specify no Swiss and we both could not finish our breakfast sandwiches because I forgot to specify the use of a different cheese. Swiss cheese is obviously one of the least agreed upon cheeses on the market and Wendy's has decided to make it the default. Moving on I would say the breakfast at Wendy's is pretty great otherwise. Read moreI am posting this review on behalf of my boyfriend who is a Doordash driver. He arrived at this location last night before 11 to pick up a dash, and was greeted by an incredibly long line. He sat in the line for over half an hour waiting on the cars in front of him to move. There was no communication from the employees to the individuals in line, informing them that the location was closed for the night. He attempted to call the location twice, only to have his calls denied, at which point he left a voicemail. After waiting even longer, he eventually went around the vehicle in front of him and pulled up to the drive through window. The employees at the window were busy showing each other videos on their phones, he waved, and they all proceeded to yell that the store was closed. He tried to let them know that he was from Doordash, but they refused to acknowledge him again, then they started playing music, dancing around the drive through area, and laughing at him while he reached out to Dasher support to find out his next steps. Read moreI just recently downloaded the Wendy’s mobile app and saw that there were a lot of decent promotions within it. I’ve used it twice and it’s been a disaster picking up my food at the location twice. The first time I ordered it and came up to the window they had no record of my order. I had to drive through the second window and show my receipt. They discussed it and then gave me my order. The second time was a few days later there was a promotion for free 10 count nuggets for using the app and I ordered an additional fry and I paid it. It instructed me to go to the drive-through and tell him I had a mobile order with my name which I did, They had no record of it. I told them I have the receipt I’ll drive to the front. The gentleman looked for quite a while, asking me several times the name on my order I had to keep repeating myself. He finally found something, but had to call a manager because they did not know how to pull the order out. I drove to the second window and they gave me my order and none of the condiments I had asked for through the app. The app is pretty useless , it doesn’t seem like it works well with the employees at...
