This place has a lot of potential but is managed poorly, it’s not 2020 ppl, covid was 4 years ago, okay? There should be zero reason for lobby closure, especially when Uber drivers and door dashers, are tryna make they money, and can’t due to the industry nowadays. You had 15 drivers jumping out of drive thru and came to the door… OnLy because of my customer? I sure hope this doesn’t happen no more. All our orders were just sitting in the back? You have a whole pickup shelf… don’t want thief’s? Place it behind the counter or something… I mean jeez it’s ridiculous since Covid. All businesses turned into zero customer service Walmart, Zaxby’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, five below almost all of the Dollar General… I think the biggest problem in today’s day and age is there is no more customer service. It’s self-serve customers… not everyone wants this, I mean, you could really be helping people with just good customer service.
Example: person to walk in and had a really bad day. that one person behind the counter. Asks how they’re doing.

Read moreThis is the 3rd time in the past 3 months I've eaten at this particular Zaxby's. 2 times I went through the drive thru, once inside. Both times I went through the drive thru, the wait time was awful. Literally 20-30 minutes each. (I've seen longer on some of these reviews). Usually there are 2 cars ahead of me. I don't order a ridiculous amount of food, or have a crazy order. I literally order a Big Zax Snack Meal and a drink. Don't waste your time here if you are in any kind of hurry. I worked at another Zaxby's location a long time ago. We used to have computers that would tell us how much food to cook and when. They used data collected from prior weeks so when it was peak time, you would have enough chicken tenders, fries, toast, etc. ready or almost ready. We also had a system that timed each car in the drive-thru from the time they ordered to the time they left. It was our job to keep it at a certain number and have set goals each week for good numbers. If they weren't met, you were written up. Understandably, things come up in a drive thru that are unforeseen, but with the other reviews I've seen, it sounds like a normal occurrence. Sounds like management needs to intervene here,...
Read moreMarch 27th 2023 update. To the young lady at the register name Sedrianna C. Misunderstandings happen. What makes this visit worth changing my review is the fact that when i came back to have my order fixed. She pulled me to the side of the corner and fixed my issue with no question other than whats wrong. Having good customer service can help misunderstandings disappear without a trace. I appreciate you making this a simple fix tonight. I hope this helps you in some kind of way.
Original visit. Went through the drive through and I explained that i had an online order and the name for the order. When i got to the window I was told the amount I gave my card and paid. I asked the lady at the window if there was honey mustard instead of zaxby sauce. She said it was in the bag. She gave my receipt and the food and I left. Now the issue was that the food was already paid for before I arrived. I paid again for the wrong food. And there was no honey mustard in the bag.
