This was about as meager an attempt at ramen I’d ever seen. I almost like the .10$ kind better. Ingredients weren’t bad just everything was cold and the broth wasn’t hot enough to flash cook the mushrooms or the bean sprouts... The egg was cold ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! Nothing was HOT AND RAMEN IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT!!! Piping hot! And to charge anywhere near 15$ for a standard bowl of ramen that is sub par is ridiculous. It has a deep and rich flavor and is on par with anything you can find at a "fast-food" ramen-ya in Japan. The chashu and noodles were good, and probably better than your average ramen here in the US but were only average with what you would find in Japan.
