Five Below — Local services in Germantown

My fiancé attended at 545pm CST on 8/7. The store was somewhat hit and miss with some stock items, but the biggest issue was the bad service. The person there with 'big hair' was was so inconvenienced to assist with any questions. Arms folded when approached. Many questions didnt even get a 'yes' or 'no', just a nod and walk in a direction. We were supposed to knw that she was leading us to something. when checking out. ther was no eye contact, conversation, smile. when it was time to pay, the attendant just walked away when it was time for payment since that was the last interaction needed. No place of business should have this kind of customer service. and no customer should have to be treated like that. Just dont have an higher expectation when shopping...

Felt discriminated there, my 2 year old opened a 10 cent candy in front of a worker and I was obviously going to the front to go pay for it and the rest of my items as she saw. But she says loudly to the other worker to watch us closely and tells him to scan our items for us and count every piece of candy like we’re stealers or something. Then checked everyone else in my family literally too as if we all opened that little 10 cent candy. While everyone else they didn’t care about. Didn’t even get a hi or a nice greeting. Nice and friendly staff was very helpful with me and my niece finding out things she wanted to go in her room. Also they had a stock boy it’s gone back to look for something that was no longer on the shelf we really appreciate you all for that. I saw the store was very neat and kept very stylish.
