They just can’t get basic orders right. You HAVE to check for cream cheese on anything that comes with cream cheese.

In a comical scene, person after person kept coming back to the pick up counter, while I was waiting for our order, having not received something about their order.

You know, I don’t understand exactly what’s happening, maybe rushing or poor training, but good luck getting a bagel cut in half.

I don’t post reviews often but you really should know that your order will almost guaranteed be messed up here.

The bagels are good. I’m glad this place exists in Gig Harbor. I just can’t believe their reviews aren’t flooded with confused people wondering how you mess up the basic bagel with cream cheese by forgetting the cream cheese lolol

Whoever owns this, I really want you to succeed. However, I can get bagels at Albertsons bakery section, not wait in a line out the door, and not goof my own sandwich for the same amount of effort it takes to visit you. That’s what weighs on me about stopping by. “Ugh, I HAVE to check my order and then recheck the first screw up, and then possibly follow that up with another screwup check before finally getting my order.”

I’m genuinely very easy going but once is a fluke, more than seven times is a pattern.

Please help by figuring out...

There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff in this shop are.

I was having a horrible morning. I lost a close friend yesterday, and It took everything in me to even leave the house this morning. I had never tried their bagels but had heard amazing things, and I really needed something good to start my day.

I placed my order, and after the cashier sent it back to the kitchen, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I wanted to curl up and cry right there, and I just about did.

These angels still gave me my bagel—no guilt trip, no "just this once." The amazing woman behind the counter told me, "Everyone deserves kindness; all we ask is that you pass it on."

It may seem silly to cry over a bagel, but I started sobbing like a baby when I got in my car. They had no idea what was happening in my life, but they still chose to do that for me. You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me. I really, really needed that today.

I still have not found my wallet, but I have a damn good breakfast sandwich!! I will absolutely be coming back to this shop (with money, of course).

Excellent people. Incredible food. Amazing business model.

Thank...

What went well you ask? Everything! Speaking of everything, my Everything Bagel and the Cream Cheeeese! So delicious! To get my caffeine fix for the day, I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte. The flavor was great and made with the perfect amount of ice. Haha, there’s a photo below of my almost empty cup because I drank it up it was so good and didn’t take a photo of it full. Next time though! I can’t wait to come back and try one of their specialty drinks of the month. They looked great from what I saw others ordering. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. What really impressed me was the thoughtful menu—there’s something here for everyone, from classic bagel lovers to those with dietary preferences or adventurous tastes. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit. B’s Bagels & Butters is truly raising the bar for what a great bagel shop can...

I haven't even pulled away from the parking lot and I need to give this place a full 10/10. Maybe I'm just excited I finally found a delicious bagel place near me. But I think they are just that good. Seems like they have a great selection of bagels and smears along with rotating options to keep things fresh. I made my own breakfast sandwich, which was huge and delicious. I only have to personally knock them a tiny bit for not having a blueberry bagel. Hopefully I catch it rotating sometime. They had some vegan options, and they also serve espresso drinks. I had to grab a couple bagels to go because everything looked so good. I can't wait to be back. Update: I have been a frequent visitor to B's for nearly a year and they never disappoint but it's FINALLY blueberry bagel month and it was worth the wait!!

Was really excited to see an east coast style bagel place. I think about bagels at least 3x a week. This place slaps. Love the local art, cute stickers (bought two), and very good bagels. I got a plain breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The plain+plain is a good litmus test for any bagel place and they knocked it out of the park. My egg and cheese was a little saltier than expected but I didn’t mind, it worked with the egg well. Staff was really friendly even with a steady flow of people in line. I also got a mocha, which was very good. I do get it as a breve, but it wasn’t overly bitter or burnt tasting like Starbucks is. Hell yeah. Solid 10/10
