Understand that I love Starbucks so this is painful to write. I went to this Gig Harbor Starbucks on our way to Seattle because it is easy off and easy on to the highway. We ordered 2 Caramel Frappuccinos (one for my spouse and one for me). I got them and took them to our truck. I took one sip of my Frappuccino and knew something tasted wrong. I looked at our drinks and saw there was no Carmel in our Caramel Frappuccinos. I took them back in. I explained to the Register person that I like to have Carmel in my Carmel Frappuccino. She looked at the pale drinks in my hand and said they would be remade. At this point I am ok with things, they did the drinks wrong but were making it right. Unfortunately they must have blended the mixture way too long. They tasted watery and Although I could see the caramel on top, the familiar taste was not there. We discussed going in for a second remake but we would have been late getting to our destination. We left. I will not go back, I will now stop at the store on Point Fosdick, they have always done the drinks right for me. This is the 3rd time this Starbucks (Borgen Dr.) has provide me sub-par drinks I recommend people avoid it and go to the good people on the other end...
Read moreThe coffee is usually good, but every time I come here I do a mobile order and go in and wait at the mobile order station and get ignored for 5+ minutes when I can see my order sitting on the other side of the counter getting watered down because no one checks mobile orders. One girl brewing espresso directly looked at me multiple times and still chose to ignore me when I tried to get her attention. And then another woman with a mobile order walked in and they acknowledged her immediately and she got her order which was sitting next to mine, then when I went to get their attention again because she was messing with the order screen, she ignored me once again. Then I finally had to snap that I had been standing there for 10 minutes waiting and my order had been ready the whole time I was there. Would not like to come back but the location is the most convenient for me...

However today, I ordered my passion tea lemonade during a rush and was handed a black tea lemonade, obviously a completely different drink. I didn’t ask for a remake but wanted to inform the baristas because of the drastic difference in teas. A partner kindly remade it, after informing me that they didn’t have passion tea brewed, I understood! It happens, but the communication wasn’t there. I waited for PT to get brewed, and the barista made it wrong a second time before, remaking it correctly.
