I'm giving this a ZERO!!! NO STARS for this place. Last Sunday we took our dog thought the drive through and ordered him a beef sandwich and a pup cup with ICE CREAM because he will not eat whipped cream. The crew was that was there HAPPILY gave us our order and even went as far as putting two little cute puppy treats in the ice cream. They all came around to meet our little fur baby and it was such a great experience that we made the decision to make it a Sunday treat day for our little guy.
TODAY..... we go and we were so excited to take our dog as he LOVES the ride and the drive through. We order the same thing as last week and the lady on the end of the mic said "we don't offer ice cream for a pup cup, only whipped cream with treats in it." I replied "You guys did it for us last week without any issues." She continued to dispute with me and said "we don't do it, we can't do it, etc...." I then said "I'll pay for it! can I just have ice cream for my dog?" THEN!!! She had the nads to say "We will do it this time, but we WON'T do it again!" WHAT???????
You won't SELL me a plain cup of ice cream????????????????
I then asked for the manager when I got to the window and she was ZERO help as well. All she could say is "she didn't know better"....... But then backed her up saying "we don't put ice cream in pup cups"................ I said that doesn't explain her attitude and told her that will be passing on today. She did nothing to save the sale and/or what would have been a regular every Sunday. Now Arby's has just lost my business and the corporate office will be hearing from me.
I am not one to leave reviews unless they are good.... but I am FIRED UP!
ZERO'S all the way. And if I had their names, I would blast them on here as well.
So my fellow fur baby lovers.... if you want a good ICE CREAM pup cup.... go to Burger King. That's what we did! And it was not only easy, but...
Read moreGot sick after eating beef & cheddar. Both hubby and I got sick. I called the store to let them know. Mark (identified himself as manager) apologized, said he would check food right away and offered refund. I went to the store the next day to collect the refund that I was offered. Marisa (identified herself as manager) said that I needed a receipt. I explained that we were not given a receipt. She informed me that she was the store manager and she could not issue a refund. She asked what the issue was and I told her that we both got sick within 30 min of eating, so I called the store. I explained that Mark was very kind and offered the refund. She shared that no one else got sick. I indicated that she seemed to be saying that I was lying and she said, " No, I just can't do anything without the receipt." I again stated that there was no way for me to produce one and Mark offered the refund, I didn't ask. My concern was that others may get sick. She again said no one else got sick. I asked for her name and headed for the door, when I heard her say to a co-worker, "Can you believe this?!" I left the store still feeling nauseous, but now I am insulted and angry. I am a mature adult person and to be treated with such blatant disrespect is appalling! There was no need to defend that $20, Marisa. I don't need it and neither does Arby's! Your lack of customer service skills clearly indicates that you need more training or perhaps a different position. I am a former customer service specialist, so I do have high expectations, but you did not meet even the minimum standard. I will not return to this store and I do not recommend this...
Read morewent through the drive-thru to order a quick dinner cuz I was working and I asked the young man if I could have like five or six three pepper sauce he denied me and said Arby's cannot give out that much only one packet per sandwich because this is how we're losing money. so I mention to the young man I said but what if I paid for it? he said that Arby's isn't charging for it right now so in other words he saying I'm not going to get extra even if I was willing to pay for it. When I gave my order at drive thru I ask this young man if I can have a chicken sandwich with french fries and he gave me curly fries I never asked for curly fries anyway I think Arby's has lost a customer for life I will now go take my business elsewhere .should have an option I'm not cheap I would paid for the sauce but for this guy to say sorry only one sauce at all we don't charge it yet but in the future we might so what's he really saying is he wasn't going to give me an extra sauce when I asked him ....
