The line workers could have paid a little more attention. We had to ask them twice for servings they were polite. I asked for double chicken, and they were training a seemly new employee and didn't charge me for the dbl serving. I paid and went to the table, I had to ask someone to clean the table. A gal came right away . My husband went back to get forks as there weren't any at the service bar, It, was filthy, and so was the floor! It When he asked for forks, they said ..."Oh, we don't have any!" We ordered salad! How do that work? Why didn't the Mgr send someone to buy some? We love Chipotle and eat wherever we go. and many in our area. I've NEVER been so disgusted with food service. Then, I'm trying to be subtle and talk to the female Mgr on the side she "yelled your in my space, and get out of my restaurant, We said OK give us our money back. She said no and repeated GET OUT OF MY RESTAURANT! , I'M CALLING THE POLICE!!!. I said, "Please do." My husband asked for her Mgr and phone number. She said :"No." Later, she gave me a piece of paper with the name Stefan and phone number. We called twice much later to no avail.
The police came and took us outside to talk. Another officer talked inside. The mgr said we were shoving our food in her face, not so... just asking for our money back and showing her we didn't eat anything
They all witnessed the bad condition of the place and tried to laugh it all off as them being kids. This store is in a very prestigious area..I'm sure people that shop there won't appreciate this lazy, cheap way of doing business.
The police said maybe we could get forks next door at the pizza place. I did go in and told my story, and they even offered us to sit in their restaurant. They gave us forks with a smile
They were appalled. PS The new cashier traine made negative comments to me.When I asked her how she would feel if it happened to her .Her response was, "I wouldn't mind."I said really," she stated it's not their fault.. FINALLY : A very nice black gentleman with glasses apologized for the entire mess. I believe he should be your MANGER!!!
I'M SORRY I don't have anyone's name, but I do...
Read moreI have had several issues with this location including poor service, stinginess with ingredients and bad customer service. Last night was my final straw. I waited a day to write this review to see if I would feel any different and I don't. I put in an online order (my preferred method) and set it for 6:15pm. I got there about 5 minutes early and waited outside for a few moments. When I got there with 5 minutes to spare there was literally no line. After five minutes I walked back around the corner and entered Chipotle. At this point there was a line out the door. I waited at the front (normal procedure for online pickups) and as the cashier let 3 other people (no joke) walk up in front of me and and assisted them (note: these 3 people were walk ups, not in line) I started to notice there was no to go order sitting behind the register. I finally get my chance to speak with the cashier. I explain I am there for a pickup and he looks dumbfounded. He looks around for help and realizes that my online order is still sitting on the printer. No problem, mistakes happen (time at this point is 6:17pm according to my phone) I will wait a minute for you to put together my order. He states as much and says that they will get right on it. 20 minutes go by and I start to become impatient because I realize at this point I could have just gone through the line my self and gotten my food by now. I walk back up to find out and dude looks at me and asks how he can help me (like he did not recognize me, I was sitting 2 feet from the register this whole time) I decided I was not going to be treated like this and asked for a refund on my card. The guy starts to ring up my refund and he is 4 dollars and some cents short. I ask him and he again looks dumbfounded. I give him the copy of my original receipt and he figures it out. This entire time I was not met with an apology which absolutely would have cleared the matter in my mind. I will not go to this Chipotle again, they are garbage and I will find another location or just not eat Chipotle. Good luck coming back from poisoning the American Public with E. Coli and weeks later offering...
Read moreIncredibly disappointed with our experience today. We visited at 9pm, an hour before close. With at least 5 visible employees, we were ignored for numerous minutes while they attended to cleaning/closing and joking with eachother. The hand written note on the glass listed 6 key ingredients that had been 86d: cheese, chips, Pico, medium salsa, fajita, medium greens. That's a lot, but I assumed maybe their ordering was off for the week.. So I finally get to start my order, when one of the uniformed employees comes around the counter to the guest side, gets between my bf and i, and has them start building his order. I ask for black beans and so does he. He gets black beans and I'm told I'll need to wait at least 20min for more. So I got pinto instead. I'm told mild salsa is out, yet again the employee got some after I was given hot. Since they were out of cheese, I asked for queso. And was told I'd still be charged. Understandable, but also an opportunity to make up for the lack of other products available. My bf asked for lettuce on his bowl and was given the smallest portion. He's doing keto, at the very least he'd appreciate a normal size portion of lettuce since his options for other items was already limited. It was clear that despite being open for another hour, the employees were closing for the night, weren't intending to fire up the grill (it was already off and being scraped), nor would be prepping any other items that would be needed for others orders. We waited another 5 min to pay while the employees continued to close/clean, build bowls for that employees, and talk smack about the line cooks. We were the only customers in the store at the time. I work in restaurants, I have a lot of patience for fellow industry, but this was all too much at once. There didn't seem to be a manager in site, or if there was one they clearly didn't care about running the shift effectively or at the standards I've known other Chipotles to have.
Update- bf n I both were sick all night after eating our chipotle dinner. Thanks for the food...
