Worst service in a long time! 45 minutes for two simple and wrong orders on a Sunday evening with less than 20 patrons. Extremely poor management.

We arrived at 630pm to a sign stating the kitchen closes at 730pm. Initially it took 10 minutes to get a server but we figured they were just a little short staffed, understandable right now. But it took 45 minutes for our meal (two burgers and fries). No waitress during this entire time. Then the burgers came out, both were wrong. The first was a green chilli burger but forgot cheese. The second was supposed to be a chili cheese burger but was also a green chili burger. When we told her the error, she replied that the kitchen said they were out of chili and just decided to make a second green chili burger. We asked to speak to a manager and were told none were working but we could talk to the bartender. The waitress aked what we wanted to do about the order. At this point the it is 725, and she confirmed the kitchen is closing at 730. The best she could do was take the burger back and remove it from the bill. $25 for a wrong order and a beer. DO NOT WASTE your time and money here.

Update 12/15/21: we received a call from Courtney on behalf of the company. She was very interested in what we had to say and sounded genuinely concerned. She offered a gift certificate and we appreciate that. Our goal was to make sure the company and patrons knew what to expect at this location. Based on her follow-up and honesty with us, I would give them a three stars for this visit. She assured us this night was not something they are going to ignore, with many other folks complaining as well. As long as they hold true to this, we will give them another shot and another review. *UPDATE - After submitting a complaint through their website, the woman who oversees the 4 stores called me and apologized for the employees. They gave me a refund for the unauthorized tip that was added on. That was it, that was the extent of their customer service. She was also unaware of how the store operates, by writing down customers' credit card numbers on pieces of paper for call-in orders. Bottom line, I will not be going back here, especially to this location as they have zero supervision or care in the world. *

They only employ RUDE people with attitudes. I called in a to-go order and the girl on the phone was apparently writing my order and my CREDIT CARD info down on a paper. I complained to the manager (Sarah) when I got there and she was also very dismissive about it. She told me they're "very good about shredding the papers" with our credit card information. She was not friendly at all. What a joke! Then someone ADDED ON a $7 tip on top of my to-go order, out of spite I assume. I've been calling the restaurant for 2 days and haven't received a call back from the manager yet. I will be continuing to contact them until they resolve it and take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE. We generally visit once a week and rarely have had a bad experience. As a matter of fact, everyone has always been more than accommodating as we usually have a group of 6-10 adults; sometimes gatherings of up to 16+. We showed up at approximately 5:40 to get a table and when we asked for a table for 8 the hostess simply said "both tables for large groups are taken" without offering any estimated wait time or looking to combine a couple smaller tables. Understanding it was busy, we decided to ask for a table in the area of our favorite server, and we would split up the group. The hostess stated our requested server was "too busy" for a table of 3 plus our toddler and said we would have to sit in another area. We decided to head home without being seated.
