First, I have never had an issue with the food here and usually have great service, but today was one for the record books.
After an hour of waiting for my delivery, I called the store concerned as this as never taken so long before. The manager Zach had a very harsh & rude tone. He explained that there were only 2 drivers and lots of deliveries and I was 5th on the list & I will get it when I get it. When I explained I was on a time crunch, is there a way to get an estimate, he said again, no you can wait or cancel. The issue here is that he was so rude, harsh, his tone was rude & making myself, as a customer, feel bad for just checking on my food that I paid for.
He told me his boss was in the store and couldn't talk but he would have him call me. When I asked if he wanted my number, he said very rudely "No I have it" and then hung up loudly in my ear.
I get that things can become busy and overwhelming, but that is no excuse for taking your frustrations out on your customers. I do hope that I hear from Mark as this interaction with Zach has my blood boiling.

I ordered lunch at 12:30 expecting it to be delivered fast since they are 5 mins away, an hour goes by they haven’t came yet so I call to see what’s going on? And they tell me the driver is just now trying to find me 😡 I was so confused like really I ordered an hour ago and he’s barely trying to find my office?
