4 Season Sushi is beyond amazing! I have lived all over the world and eating sushi all over the world. I like to eat a lot. I called and spoke with the owner's wife Youn, (not knowing at the time she was his wife) good sushi is extremely hard to find anywhere! Especially in Arizona! After speaking with the owner's wife and making a massive order, I asked her for her suggestions on what would be good on top of the insane quantity of food that I ordered for just three of us. They have a role called the baked Alaskan. I made a suggestion to add to it, they did and it is absolutely the most delicious thing ever! Every single item that we ordered was delicious! I am gluten intolerant, much to my chagrin. They were even so concerned that with the fried rice order that was a combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp. She made sure they did not add it so I was not exposed. My birthday is coming up in a couple of days and I will tell you right now where I'm going to be ordering from then, and where I'll be ordering all of my Sushi from in the future! 4 SEASONS SUSHI! Even their rainbow roll had to be one of the best I've ever had in my life! That, is saying a lot. I have lived, traveled and eaten my way around the world prior to the pandemic. The quality of the rice needs to be mentioned. The way they make their rice is extremely delicious. It's a very fine balance to get the right to the right sweetness and stickiness but not too sweet in the sushi. This place is absolutely marvelous! I had to stop myself last night from making another massive order because Friday is coming up very soon! You cannot go wrong with any of their food. It is all top-notch and the highest quality. It's also a phenomenal value oh, especially considering how delicious it is! The role that we" came up with" is the Teri Roll....It is going to be remamed. But for now...😁🍣 they also accommodate special requests. Just call and ask... And, if you're wanting something a tad more interesting just ask. I love this place! They are so serious about the quality of their food and service that they provide. I am blown away and extremely impressed and a lifetime customer forever. Food was great, only the second time we have been there. Only this time the service was horrible. Besides us there was only one table in the restaurant that was finishing up when we were sat. The guy only brought 1 menu to the table and took forever to come back with a water and diet Pepsi. When he came back I asked him for another menu and he seemed put off that he had to go get another and that we couldn't share the 1 menu. By this time I was ready to just say screw it but it was my girlfriend's birthday and she really wanted sushi from this place again. We decided to go ahead and order. Sushi was made in a timely manner and the Medusa roll was delicious. Unfortunately that was the last time the waiter came to the table. More tables walked in and they happened to be friends of his, he sat them in the back and stayed in the back talking for the entirety of our dinner. No refills, no checking up on his table, forgot our soups, and obviously no common sense ( shocker he's a millennial). I was just getting up from the table to walk over to get this sorry excuse for a waiter when another couple walked in and grabbed his attention. They were sat behind us so I grabbed his attention as he walked by and asked him....." would you mind bringing some togo boxes on your way back and........" then in mid sentence while in trying to order dessert he just walks away. Not only does he bring the boxes but also the bill, no question about dessert which I was going to order us or even a thought to ask about a togo cup since our drinks were empty. Deep fried cheese cake is what we were planning to have. But by this point the only thing deep fried was this guy's brain. We said screw this guy and left to go somewhere else for dessert. I still left this jerk a tip because I was a waiter when I was younger and I know that struggle. But believe me I didn't want to leave him a damn dime. If you walk into this place and see a younger guy with a beard glasses and a baseball cap on while working just turn around and walk out. This guy seems to have no idea what work or a job is or isn't. No uniform, no dress pants or shirt, just a sloppy entitled brain...

This was our 1st time visiting and we were very happily surprised. Before we ordered our friendly waiter served us a tasty miso soup and salad. The miso soup actually got us excited because from experience there are a lot of bland versions out there. Then came the rolls and we ordered a good variety..Golden CA, Dbacks, Lobster tempura, Volcano, creamy tuna roll, Suaro roll, and a few more. Also had some yellowtail Kama and Scallop handrolls. The quality of the food was a fresh of breath air compared to some of the other places we've tried lately. The scallop roll for example...it was actually filled with scallops instead of filled with a majority panko crumbs and mayo. After we finished EVERY single piece of our rolls, we were served with a delicious sample of crispy rice and spicy tuna on the house as well. This is 100% our new go to sushi spot. They also have their full menu available during happy hour (with happy hr prices). 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend Four Seasons sushi! Great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. We will...
