Went into this location on Sept. 24 2021 12:08 (it was slow). I understand that they get busy, as I have been in the service industry for a long time. I am currently an Operations and Customer Service Manager and I have to say, I was very displeased. An older woman by the name of Karen "helped" me. I ordered a spicy McChicken, a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal with fries and a large coke for myself. The sandwich was fine, but the rest was entered into the system WRONG! I only got a 4 piece chicken Nugget for the kids meal. My large Coke was put in with the HAPPY MEAL and then an additional apple juice separately. I get mistakes happen, but as I tried to remedy the situation Karen raised her voice claiming I didn't order the happy meal at all! I ended up having to tell Karen 4 TIMES that I wanted a Happy Meal and all she could muster up for a reply was "You didn't order a Kids meal" The lady in front of me had to pay in all quarters (which I get, I have had to do it before). Instead of being patient with the customer, and helping Karen raised her voice and made it seem like all she was doing was rushing the customer to finish counting. When I got to the register, I asked Karen how she was doing and she replied with an eye roll and "I'm fine I guess". She was rude, disrespectful, had no motivation for her job. While trying to get the attention of the staff who appeared to be the manager that was taking orders she was standing at the food line with her back turned eating chicken nuggets. 5 minutes later she comes to take my order and says I can’t make an order if I’m doing door dash. My bf and I decided I would stay here to feed our daughter and he would do door dash. Sahel took my order I went outside and brought my kids inside to wait for the order.
