Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Gilroy

A updated review on my recent order and delivery. Placed an order over the phone by the manager (Karen) said my delivery would take 45 minutes. Two hours later here comes my delivery. I did call about an hour and ten minutes to see why my order was not delivered. It was barley going in the oven she said. The manager that took my order already left for the day. When my pizzas arrived my kids were very hungry. Waiting that long for your pizza not good service. I asked to have the manager call me. A couple of days passed I called again. I spoke to Karen. Told her what happened. Asked her if she could refund me for my specialty pizza not the other pizza but just that one she said no she couldn't. That she would give me ten dollars off my next order. I said why would I want that when there's a coupon already for ten dollars off. Long story short I won't be placing any orders here. Beware your delivery will most likely be the same!...

Don’t waste your money or your time on this pizza shop! I ordered delivery over the phone around 4:30 pm 3 garlic cheese bread for my children. She asked which sauce I said marinara and also 2 extra. She confirmed 5 marinara. The order arrived cold barely any cheese on the cheese sticks. And 4 ranch and 3 marinara. The driver showed me the receipt it said I paid for the extra marinara but it wasn’t there and he still required to take the money for it. I called and they put me on hold for 35 min then I called back 3 times and they put me on hold obviously they have caller Id so they avoided even caring about the mistakes. Terribly rude employees that can’t deliver a correct warm order. Door dash little Caesar’s and at least they will give you your money’s worth and your order warm, correct...

We LOVE Mountain Mike's! That said they have just lost my family as customers. We live in southern CA. Yes there are Mike's in orange county and we've gone there. But we really love the Gilroy Mike's and whenever we come north we stop in. This time I phoned in the order but there's a coupon that is only applied by online ordering. So I online ordered but it didn't take my one item. So I phoned in and was told there's an ADDITIONAL CHARGE BECAUSE CHEESE IS COUNTED AS ONE ITEM. That's the kind of shenanigans other pizza places that shall remain nameless do. And I don't frequent them anymore. So, sorry Mountain Mike's. Your pizzas are too good for using bait and switch on...
