Subway — Restaurant in Gilroy

The employee working when I had ordered 5 subs for my family and I was awful. She got every sub wrong and when asked/told what sub she was making or what we did or didn't want on/done to the sub, she did not listen and insisted she was making the right thing. They don't understand what double protein is and do what THEY want with the sub instead of listening to the customer. On top of all of this, the employee that we spoke to regarding this matter (different employee) tried to put the blame on us instead of the one who had made the mistake. The owner/manager, who is apparently the same person, is never around either. I will not be returning to this subway again. Service has gone way downhill.

After driving all day, I stopped here to use the restroom and buy drinks and snacks. I asked for the restroom key and the guy working there said he would unlock the restroom. The young lady making our sandwiches kept touching her hair and clothing with her gloved hands and then got attitudinal when I requested that she change gloves before touching my food again. Stuffed the chips in the small bag with the subs and smashed them all to bits. All this after waiting more than 20 minutes in line to get food in the first place. Will never visit this...
