I like the restaurant but there's a really bad habit they're falling into; which is charging through the app even when you dont get your meal or they decide to close earlier than 8pm. If you are charged dont believe the hype that one manager told me about they have to confirm they have given you the order before the app actually charges you. Contact the customer service during their hours (weekdays) and explain the situation to them. Because you'll still get charged. The app does not confirm receipt of service or someone is pressing that all orders were complete when they are not.I'm personally not going to order from this restaurant using the app. I'll use it only for restaurant promo code and just pay at window and order at location.oh and btw it happenned once through my app when they ran out of whopper patties and once through my boyfriend's app when he went through the drive thru at 7:50 pm after placing his order through the app.

Thereās this guy with glasses and salt/pepper colored hair who works at this specific location who, when he works the window, gets extremely bent out of shape when people pull up to the second window instead of waiting at the first window. During my latest trip, I saw him scold the car in front of me for pulling right up and the one behind me pulled up right away so Iām positive they got a talking to. He seemed so focused on this non-issue that he mustāve lost concentration because he gave me the wrong order. I didnāt realize until 30 mins after I got home. The cashier had a group of her friends in front of me and my fiance, not positive, but we suspected she gave her friends free food because we didn't see anyone (about 4 or 5 people) in the group hand over money or swipe a card.. we waited patiently for our turn and when we were next we were completely ignored for over 10-15 minutes. We were just about to speak up when someone from the group that was in front of us told the girl cashier that no one took out order. She didnt say hi/hello, didn't apologize for no one helping us to take our orders and wasn't friendly at all. Then we finally got our orders.
