Taco Bell has Terrible Customerservice trying to order inside! The drive-through was very busy so I went inside to place an order. One person was waiting for his food and two other young men were placing orders on the two self order computer screens and no one was at the counter offering to take my order. The worker passed by and I asked if she could take my order and she said no you have to use the computer screens. I had already been waiting 10 minutes and the other customers we’re still trying to place their orders using the self-service computer screens. At this point I left the store very frustrated that no one would take my order in person. If you’re going to open your doors to customers you need to provide customer service when people who want to order directly. It’s OK to have computer screens for people who want to place their order that way but not everyone does and if you’re only gonna have two screens, it becomes useless, A waste of time for people who have to wait long time to place their order and then another long way to get your order. So I left the store and I went down the street to the Peking Chinese buffet which has great customer service and within five minutes I was sitting down and eating a tasty meal. They actually had a mini burrito featured on the Buffay that night Which to my surprise taste exactly like a chicken soft taco at Taco Bell so I was very pleased that I still was able to get my chicken soft taco that I was going to order. I highly recommend the Peking buffet In Glassboro and they had amazing service and delicious food. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to the Taco Bell in Glassboro again. I would not recommend going inside to eat there although the drive-through was busy and I know their food is good, bad customer service can put a bad taste in your mouth regardless of how good your food is. Read moreignored, confused, and still hungry. i will state facts now as i dont want anyone to be mistaken that i may be only writing scathing review because I'm upset with how i was treated, and i am quite upset, but i don't want this to happen anymore. ordering inside had completely failed me. arrived around 3 pm Wednesday, drivethru is busy but i have to go inside to wash my hands so i go in and initially straight into the men's room to wash my hands. unfortunately the soap dispenser doesn't seem to work (I'm thinking they must have one that works behind the counter and in the kitchen, i hope) i exit the bathroom and turn to the registers and there's one customer waiting they appear to have ordered already and are waiting for their food, and i wait to tell someone what i want. within a few minutes 5 more people enter and nobody is coming to address us or take orders. one of the other customers figures out that the touch screen is what you must use to order and everyone does, including one elderly woman who didn't understand and so i helped her before i ordered myself. this is to long I'm going to sum this up:
tldr: nobody takes your order inside, must use kiosk. after using kiosk and waiting 30 minutes i left without food. i stood at counter waiting for 30 minutes and nobody asked me if i ordered or what i wanted. I'm leaving...

I made an order online, which was very clearly labeled vegetarian for every item, but still received 4 beef burritos. I had a person standing outside with usherette computer tray review my order, and a person at the window also review it, and then pulled up to the last window where the employee had no clue what was going on. Not the employees fault, it is your corporations fault for pretending to be handling quality control by installing intricate steps that don't actually apply to making sure the customers order is correct. Tried to remedy this with the store, and was told that i couldn't because "it was through a third party". It was through the taco bell website!!! You charge too much for food that cost you pennies to make, is gross, and then blame the customer for the fault of the company to provide a product of minimal acceptability. I will be sharing this review on google, yelp, wherever I can. I am perturbed that I spent 64 dollars on such trash and a 1/3 of my order was incorrect, and your giant corporation did nothing.
