I visited Fresh Monkey for the first time recently, and I have to say, Kayleigh left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome with her warm smile and cheerful demeanor. Even though it was my first visit, she treated me like a regular, which was such a pleasant surprise. Kayleigh’s knowledge of the menu was outstanding. I wasn’t sure what to order, but she took the time to ask me about my preferences and recommended a smoothie that was absolutely perfect. Her enthusiasm about the ingredients and flavors was contagious, and I could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She didn’t rush me, even though the shop was busy, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. When I got my smoothie, I could tell it was made with care. It wasn’t just a drink—it was a perfectly balanced creation that hit all the right notes in flavor and texture. Her attention to detail was evident, and it made my experience so much more enjoyable. What stood out the most about Kayleigh was her incredible customer service. She managed to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining her friendly and positive attitude. Beyond disappointed with them this evening. I rushed through traffic just to make it before 5pm (which was there closing time) and with 2 mins to spare, I was greeted with- we can’t take anymore orders. I was surprised because it wasn’t 5 yet. I begged if they could at least make one shake for my son and they came out with excuse after excuse about how they had already shut down the system and it would take 15 mins to reboot. My confused face still didn’t change from the fact that it wasn’t 5pm yet. So the next excuse why they closed earlier was due to the fact that they weren’t busy for the last 30 mins but yet, a customer was literallyyy walking out with a shake in hand. The best part for me though was the fact that little did she know I had actually tried calling the store ahead of time to place the order since I was actually driving there and yet, no one picked up. How? If according to her, they weren’t busy for 30 mins. The more she spoke, the more disappointed my son and I became. Overall it was a huge inconvenience if they just were just gonna decide to close earlier and but at the very least, pick up the call to avoid flying there...

After a weekend away at a bachelorette, I stopped by Fresh Monkee for a little pick me up! This was my first ever visit to any of their locations, and I was impressed by their variety of flavors. I ended up going with pb banana and fluff which really hit the spot! I felt great afterwards, and since it had protein in it, it helped to keep me feeling satisfied for my drive home.
