Horrible. I usually have a great experience at this location but tonight the Manager named Leesha ( wouldn't tell me her last name or give me the store number over the phone) was the worst ever. After getting my order incorrect, I called to let them know and asked what can be done to fix it. She immediately got an attitude and told me that her crew said the order was correct and there's nothing she can do to fix it. I said the order is not correct. She then asked if I had my receipt to which I replied no they did not give me a receipt in the drive-through but I could return immediately and show her the order. She replied "how do I know it was from here". I told her that she could ask her crew members if they remembered the order. I described the workers and told her that $3 of the order was paid for in quarters. So I was not hard to remember. She responded that she was "dropping all the orders" herself and never got an order for a request for one to be made fresh. She then said that she was going to ask her crew and returned to the phone and said " they said it was correct and I believe them over you" and hung up on me. So I went back to the store with my order and let her know very politely who I was. She wouldn't stop to talk to me and said she asked her workers and they said they got it correct. I said I understand you wanting to side with them, but you must so your due dilligence. I then asked for the corporate number to which her response was slamming a cup down in front of me and returning to the fry station area. When I asked " what is this for" she said that the number to corporate was on the cup. I then said that she was not acting like a manager and asked to speak to another manager or even an assistant manager. She said she was the only type of manager on duty that night. I and asked her to ask her crew member in front of me if they got the order correct. She led the crew member by saying " You made the Order for 20 nuggets fresh right". English was the crew members second language and me being fluent in Spanish, I heard him tell the other crew member that he got it wrong and didn't make all 20 fresh as requested. He then said that there was an order for 20 nuggets and an order for six nuggets to which I told the manager " there you go" he just said he made a honest mistake. Instead of apologizing, she opted to refund my money. While counting the cash, I said " it's a shame your acting this way in front of your crew towards me. ( her and I both are AfrIcan Americans) her crew looked on stunned at her behavior. I let her know that I was a business owner with strong roots in the neighborhood and I always remind my employees to display the same behavior in conflict that they did during the interview for the job. She refunded me double what I paid ($10.08) by mistake and when I brought it to her attention she made a shoo motion with her hand and said " just go". I then said "I don't want your drawer to be under". She replied " not your problem, God bless you" sarcastically and walked off. Her behavior was ugly and extremely unprofessional. Read moreWent to this McDonalds location on 07/03/25 (at 6:15pm) . I had placed an order using the Mobile app to pick up through the drive thru. After receiving the notification that my order was ready I made my way to this location. I went through the drive thru and everything seemed fine. Worker asked for my code and I gave it to them, they told me to pull up to the second window. Once I got to the second window the worker told me it would be just a few minutes. It was about 5 minutes later when they came back and told me to pull forward to the door entrance. I had originally placed this order so I could get my food in a timely manner since I was in a bit of a rush. After about 25 minutes, a worker finally came out and asked me what my order was. They did not even have my order ready even though the app told me it was. I don’t normally complain about things but this is unacceptable. Having to wait 30 minutes for a few items shouldnt have taken that much time. Especially since the location didn’t seem super busy.
