This place has went in my books from great to one I cannot trust. I ordered a calzone last night and waited approx. 1 hour to receive it. When the driver arrived it was clear that no care was taken to how my food was treated in transit as the inside of the box was a mess. I sent the driver on his way and refused the food. I immediately calked Sarpinos Glen Ellyn and informed them of this and told them I wanted to cancel if this was the type of service I was going to be provided and that I was honestly surprised by this occurance as I had been a customer of theirs and over the past year I had never received bad service. Sarpinos offered to replace the calzone and when I told them I would accept but did not feel that I should be charged for the calzone as the wait time to receive food that wasnt a complete mess was unacceptable however if they wanted to provide it free of charge I would remain a loyal customer. The lady that I spoke with agreed and after 2 hours of waiting to have my food arrive it finally did. As the delivery guy didnt have me sign his tablet I assumed the company did what they stated they were going to. I just looked at my credit card payments and see this restaurant still charged me. This incident has tsken me from a customer who appreciates this restaurant to one who questions if they will ever choose to do business...

I usually have great pizza here! Great customer service too! But as of 3/30, I had an odd experience of a missing topping (basil) and while I understand that many basil toppings wilt or are underneath the pizza, I picked through many different slices of pizza and found no basil. The picture attached has onion and green pepper, but no basil. I called and asked but the employee was mumbling and hard to hear, and when we discussed my missing basil, he said he would send a video of him placing the basil on my pizza? I'm unsure why he would have it recorded anyway... he never called or texted the video. I honestly just wanted a refund for the topping.

The sauce could not mask the flavor of those slightly rancid wings. I tasted a little bit of 5 pieces and they were all that way. I spit them out and threw out the entire order of wings. That's $9.99 before tax. I called to let them know about it and advised him not to sell those to anyone else. Although I'm not angry, I was very unhappy with the limp apology.
