I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews but this Starbucks is consistently terrible. I will actually go out of my way to not go to this one. Because it’s so conveniently located, I went to it today and I had a coupon on my app that said “all day $3 ice coffee and teas any size on 8/8” I read it to her in the drive thru and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed to show them, so I ordered, got up to the window and maybe a manager walked up and said “I mean, we’ll see if it scans, if it doesn’t I can’t do anything about it” just really rude no customer service skills whatsoever. It scans, and so I asked for a venti because it was any size… and they rolled their eyes and made a deal and said “I mean you ordered a grande,” and I said yeah because you told me you didn’t know what I was talking about for the coupon and wanted to make sure it was valid before I ordered a larger drink? As if I need to explain myself. It’s so bizarre to me when people are in the service industry and have no customer service skills. Not to mention they make the drinks terrible. Read moreOne of the baristas sneezed into his hands but did not wash them afterwards. He wiped his nose with his bare fingers then proceeded to touch customers' drinks and food. I saw this as I sat at a table towards the windows while working on my laptop, catching it from the corner of my eye. It was DISGUSTING and shocking. Not one of his coworkers or manager seemed to notice, care, or say anything to him which was weirdly more shocking since he kept sneezing,.sounding super sick and congested. Not once did he wash his hands or try to block his sneezes in his elbow as he touched everything spreading his germs. How could the Manager NOT notice any of this??? They let him spread his germs all over the place as he sloppily worked. Very gross.... It's just not something you expect from Starbucks... I used to like this location, but not anymore. Never had a good experience yet. Slow. Forget stuff. Here's a hint: remember people who come in every day. Put stoppers in all the drinks, especially in the drive-thru. We're in cars. Give napkins with all food items. How is this not standard practice. Oh and before everyone jumps all over me, yeah I do know what's it's like, worked at Starbucks for 15 years. If you just go to Starbucks, choose another location. I will.
Edit: once again overcharged and got my order incorrect. It's not hard. I order a hot black coffee. Charged me for an iced coffee. Once I said I ordered hot coffee still didn't offer to refund the already exorbitant price. Good...
